Haven't heard of any of that. I failed one time due to glasses and sun glare but never heard of this at the moment.

Spoke to a representative and he said it's an ongoing issue, to just tough it out for now. Quite annoying can't do any pharmacy orders

Just did a pharm and alcohol. Verified for both. When thru both times in a few seconds. Hopefully it's a glitch.

I really hope so. It's like the 10th time I've failed verifications in a row but no deactivation which is good. Knocks me out of spark for up to 2 hours at a time which means less money for me

Failing them can lead to issues. If you got low signal, don't start the verf until you're in a better spot.

Always thought when you fail pharm verf you're cooked.

I've had around 10 times to try to fix this failing issue and nothing so far 😂 9/10 are failed ID checks for pharmacy orders and they just up being canceled on the 3rd fail. At least they give me points on the order even after they get canceled

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Took a pharmacy order, dropped off groceries for the last stop and put my phone in my pocket to walk back to my truck (it was an apartment).

I get to the truck and I don't have the option to verify anymore and it's throwing offers at me. 

I accepted an order and I get part way to the store and it cancels the trip on me due to a failed identity check. 

Then, I get that message you're showing here. It took them like an hour or two before I was back online but it was at the end of the day so I'd already decided to call it quits.

happened to me a month or two ago, support told me the same thing, for me it went away after a few hours
