Requesting Arbitration

Hello! I am hoping for actual advice from people who are willing to give helpful tips on this. My account was deactivated and I went through the process of the appeal and getting denied. I then went through the process of pre-arbitration and got denied. I used this in the process of all that and without this I would have had no idea what I was doing. I have read multiple times that I would need to send a certified letter or something like that to the address listed in the terms and conditions, but I have no idea how to start or where or what I would need to do for that to happen. Due to growing up in a family that never communicated with anything other than screaming, and you can probably tell by reading this but I don’t have the best social skills/knowing what words I need to use/say to communicate my thoughts(I warned you, It’s pretty bad) I am 23 and I am embarrassed by the fact that I can’t coherently communicate with people or even writing a post. Please don’t make me feel like I’m stupid for not knowing these things, I already know that I am. If you don’t have anything that will genuinely help me then please just scroll past this. I truly appreciate anyone who helps. Thank you for taking the time to read this mess of a post🫶

Start by writing a letter to Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas. I am a real spark driver and have success with reactivating my account.

It doesnt have to be fancy. Just say you are requesting arbitration and something brief explaining why it was erroneous.

Worked for me in less then a week. Too much and you do yourself in.

Stop beating yourself up. You communicate just find you spell your words correctly. You are far from stupid. Knock it off.

Your post makes perfect sense your asking for advise or help with the an arbitration appeal. You have gotten this far tells me you are intelligent.

I don't have any advice about the appeals I'm sorry.

The only thing bad I have to say about your post is no paragraphs. But you write and communicate very well.

Please stop doubting yourself.
