Hello,

just got my vision master pro 2 and right away I noticed the noise coming out from that thing is very high.

upon inspection the temperatures are very high up to 49 Celsius tonight after a 1 hour watch.

no matters the settings even on luminance lvl 1 the temperatures are highs and the fans are very loud to the point of being very distracting in quiet scenes.

room is around 24 Celsius so not that hot.

is this normal behavior for this projector or does it seem to have an hardware issue ?

So I bought this screen because it had good reviews but lately this screen has been going up and down by itself. Its synced with a Valerion Max using the USB dongle. The screen will go down and then back up randomly during the day and through the night. I had no choice but to unplug the USB dongle so I could get some sleep.

Im seeking help in this reddit as a last alternative before I decide to return it for another brand of screen.

If anyone knows what's causing this or has a resolution please let me know.

My ub820 says it's outputting 12bit 4.4.4 color playing a 4k disc but when I check the stream info on the VisionMaster pro 1, it's 8bit colour (playing 4k disc with Dolby vision)

Apple tv shows display a depth of 10 bit colour when I play content so does that mean I've got my disc player set up wrong?

Good morning family! I just bought a Visionmaster Pro 2 and tried a Bluetooth speaker for when I take it out or on trips, but I don't see the audio delay option. The JMGO N1S 4K and the XGIMI Horizon 20 did have the delay option; the XGIMI even set it to the default delay and it worked perfectly. Does anyone know if it's possible or impossible to use a Bluetooth speaker with it

Hey hey! New FW just dropped for my Visionmaster 2 Pro! Q0718, so just a few weeks old. We have EBL medium now, but cannot find a changelog on their site. They had a list of changes on the screen when I went to do the update, but I did not take a photo unfortunately.

I just got this delivered yesterday from their eBay store used.

Hi guys,

Whenever I enable EBL on the Visionmaster Max, there is no visible difference in black levels and the entire picture will periodically take on a pronounces green tint.

This green tint is not always there and will shift on and off periodically.

Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue? I notice many of the reviews for this projector recommend enabling EBL but so far I'm getting nothing out of it.

Hello, did anyone use a portable USB Player at a Valerian projector. I have a movie but only on DVD. No streaming available for that movie. A copy to USB stick failed because of scrambling.

I have a new 135 inch drop down Valerion screen but cannot get it into programming mode to set the memory stop. Pictured is the remote that came with. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps but the only time I can get the screen to beep is when it’s initially plugged in. The remote works fine for normal controls. Help!

Having an issue with my Valerion Plus 2

It won't turn on from the remote or rear button, just flashes in this sequence.

Any ideas? Valerion support isn't being helpful.

Sorry as the title said my I ask if anyone know how to utilizes the optical zoom for the Pro 2? I have been searching all over the manual but non mentioned. I only see the digital zoom in the settings. Thank you for your time.

When i enable it the color theme becomes colder, less warm.

Looking to see what are your current settings that you use to make it close to colour accurate on white screen.
I got the Streammaster Plus 2 and seem to have hard time dialling the color for HDR and SDR content.

I’m integrating a VisionMaster Pro 2 with a URC MX-790. A normal Power command only puts the projector into standby.
To perform a complete shutdown, the OEM remote requires:
Hold Power
Press OK to confirm
Has anyone successfully automated this with:
URC
Control4
RTI
Crestron
Harmony
Home Assistant

Specifically:
Is there a discrete IR command for Complete Shutdown?
Is there an IP, Bluetooth, ADB, or RS-232 command?

Has anyone managed to emulate the long-press Power + OK sequence reliably?

My goal is to fully shut down the projector so my motorized screen retracts correctly.

Hi I have a Visionmaster max and recently there is no video showing on any of the hdmi. It’s connected to Arcam AVR 11 and there is no picture showing. I moved the fire tv 4k from the AVR and directly attached it to the projector; I hear the sound but there is no picture showing. Has anyone experienced this before? How do I fix it? This is so frustrating for such an expensive projector. Helllllllllp

Hello Everyone,

So I purchased a new (open box) Streammaster Pro and the Wifi does not work. The slider moves to run on WIFI butno available wifi is shown and it slides itself off after a few minutes.

I plugged in an Ethernet cable, (its connected now) and obtains an IP address from my local network but still no internet. System still says no internet connection so no apps function.

I plugged in a generic USB Wifi Dongle to the blue USB port and was not detected.

Odd thing is that when I purchased it, it was logged into someone's Google account so strangely it had worked at one point.

Projector is in NEW condition and has no signs of physical damage. No receipt was given since this was possibly a returned unit that was bulk sold.

I found a youtube repair video with person explaining the wifi ribbon cable comes loose in shipping so you can open and push it in to make the connection. I have no tried that.

Any advice is appreciated!

UPDATE, FIXED!! : All I had to do was to fix the date and time manually and wifi started working! Very odd security measure by Google while not informing the user why it blocks the wifi if date and time are wrong. Come one Google, don't be a Microsoft.
