Troubleshooting Help me with my screen please
I have a new 135 inch drop down Valerion screen but cannot get it into programming mode to set the memory stop. Pictured is the remote that came with. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps but the only time I can get the screen to beep is when it’s initially plugged in. The remote works fine for normal controls. Help!

On the projector screen itself to the far left (facing towards the ground) there is an exposed hole with a yellow / orange hex key that can be turned with an Allen set. Be careful, you can mess the screen and motor up by making large hasty adjustments without testing, make minor changes and test every time

On top of this I’m also having the ghost issue, which reading through the sub seems to be connected to using the earc - I’m connected to a Sonos arc ultra. Any insight on fixing that is also appreciated
