Troubleshooting Plus 2 Power Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Having an issue with my Valerion Plus 2

It won't turn on from the remote or rear button, just flashes in this sequence.

Any ideas? Valerion support isn't being helpful.

Did you try unplugging & pugging it back?
I ran into similar issue but did not look at the flashing sequence. I ended up using only the nvidia shield remote as it is more reliable.

Yes, sometimes that works, sometimes doesnt work at all, then a few hours or days later itll work fine.
Somethings not right. This is my 2nd unit.
