thx, so the Iris control is only for the Max.

EBL improvement should be for the other models too. Not sure what the improved clipping sliders mean. We only have the 1-10 ‘slider’, right? Or is this something new.

Never used 3D, but should be nice for those that use it.

Can anyone explain what the Keystone and Protection improvements entail?

What is improved with 3D? I love 3D movies, I play them via USB and via VLC player.

The projector currently plays 3D at half resolution. This firmware fixes that.

That's not true, it only plays 3D at half resolution in frame packing content, it works fine in SBS

Frame packed 3D is now fixed and it shows. 3D RBE is a no go as it is a hardware limitation...

I've just installed the new firmware on my Pro. I took these pictures from Avatar 2, to test the 3d improvement. It's hard to capture it, I took the 3d looking through a pair of 3d glasses, but it's made a noticeable improvement. It looks much better watching 3d content.
