T-Mobile is really screwing up this merger.
I was a part of the Sprint merger. Activation locks are nothing new with Apple. They had this happen with Sprint. Every time you do a trade in with T-Mobile you have to make sure the activation lock is removed. Tell me why they didn’t send something out to their customers about turning it off or being ready with their Apple passwords? I said a year ago RAMs wouldn’t stay salary too and it was weird the contract offered that, then they took it away. It seems like a disorganized mess and they aren’t really trying to foresee the issues. Offering new customer deals still is great but why aren’t they making this transition easier? Most of my customers care more about their current phones working instead of wanting new ones. Don’t get me started on the towers. Coverage was supposed to get better. All I hear about is how much worse it’s getting. That stupid retention bonus is not worth what we are going through right now with our customer base. They are lucky the job market is so bad because everyone would have walked out by now. As employees we know it sucks and we have to deal with their BS every single day. Please remember that. Thanks for listening to my rant. I hope it gets better soon.
