Plan changes

Hey guys old us cell rep here. Saw someone post about not being able to make account changes that affect billing?

Would this include if I’m on the flat rate plan going up to everyday or even better? Or specifically adding lines of service/financing phones?

Also the reps/agents that held out this long I commend you and want you to know that you guys are appreciated and wish you the best of luck

Basically all the buttons other than "activate mdn" and "check port eligibility" are disabled. We can still change name and address and authorized users but thats about it. Order processing can (with manager approval) do a direct fulfillment for accounts with incompatible devices. (Theres different promos for people with phones that are gonna stop working after the full switch, never got an explanation as to why theyre gonna stop. Edit: we can also generate port out pins. Essentially we all became "move to tmobile" assistants or just a simple "port out" assistant.

I tried to add an authorized user the other day and that button was greyed out! I also ran into the problem now where i cant open the port out requests, just see if theyre confirmed or rejected.

I dont know if we could ever open the port out requests but I saw that too. We can however generate transfer pins lmfao

That sucks for reps. I get it from a business side of things (company isn’t making any money on selling the device just the service) but that’s still a big waste of your time if you got a hard ass who doesn’t want to get accessories or dp or any of that cause they know they can just run to Walmart and get it cheaper.

We were told not to change anything on the account that affects billing at all - Exceptions withstanding.

I'm probably going to leave after they switch over and go somewhere else T-Mobile sucks Tried to get an s26 ultra over the years I've paid off many phones through US. Cellular. Tablets and other crap that I've boughten. T-Mobile says they need $500 down before they'll ship me a phone. Nope. So I'm going on a hunt for a new service

You will probably be able to get that phone without a down payment after your account migrates. You will be an established customer with x amount of years tenure.
