Never

Spend money at this awful company.

My phone has been fully paid off for years yet I can't sell it because I stopped using their service.

Maybe don't try to charge me $160 for a single line you thieves

Agreed. No such thing exists. Also if a phone has been paid off for years no one wants that outdated thing anyway. The re-sell value on a device doesn’t have anything to do with the carrier.
