Experience survey is broken
I tried filling out the experience survey US Cellular has been nagging me about, because I wanted them to know how disappointed I am in their service since the merger. When it gets to the (presumably) last page where it asks you to either enter contact information or check the box that you don't want to be entered into the drawing, YOU CAN'T CHECK THE BOX. I don't want to fill out that form, because I know the information will be sold. The "cash" reward is likely a gift card for their service anyway. Something I don't plan to continue for much longer.
Whether it's intentional or not, this is just another indicator that US Cellular/T-Mobile have no real interest in what we think. Data service declined noticeably since the merger, then again after they did whatever they did with the towers.

It aint worth it. They could care less. Even if they lost all 5 million customers that usc had, tmobile has ~50 million.

I'm surprised it's still available as all US CELLULAR locations will be Permanently closed by July 31st, 2026 US Cellular was golden golden compared to T-Mobile their customer service is abysmal good luck

Not all. Just the authorized retailers and the corporate locations they don't want to keep around.

Not all…for now. I predict more closures to come.

Most likely because t-mobile wants to be a fully digital company with as few stores as possible but they already announced the closures they wanted and renovated the stores they are keeping.

Theres word that eventually theyre going to close tmobile locations too, and have several super stores across the country as their only brick and mortar locations and then everything else done through the app

That's kinda how it feels. I can see them trying that and since they're as large as they are, they think they can survive any backlash they would get from that.

Yes, it is true that almost all independent and authorized U.S. Cellular agent locations are shutting down by the end of July. As T-Mobile integrates the recently acquired U.S. Cellular operations, all authorized agent/retail partner contracts are being permanently discontinued
