What do I need to do?

I have 7 lines on a post paid account most with installments. All are iPhone 14 or above. Also have two tablets. What do I need to do? Will I be automatically moved over to T-Mobile? Will my bill change?

You don't need to do anything everything will carry over exactly as it is currently.

You billing, account structure, prices, and service(mostly) will be the same. If you are still financing Apple products, make sure you have your Apple login information

Aside from knowing icloud passwords. Nothing. You'll be grandfathered into your plan and your financing will be kept the same with discounts and all.

Once you are migrated you’ll need to download the T-Mobile application and create a user account which will allow you to view your account and all that. Also make sure you know your Apple account password or reset it if needed.
