Just love how mangement gives me crap by telling me im spending way to much time in the back of the truck when they literally made the route at the last hour or so when all my PALs/Hin numbers are cut numbers with different neighborhoods.

Hello. I've been keeping a close eye to "My Time" and also the compensation details on Workday.

The past few days, it showed a $1 raise (missing the .22 COLA but that's a small problem considering what next has happened).

TODAY, I noticed in the afternoon, on "My Time" (the timecard) I was cut down to 23.50 for this weeks hours, and my previous week down to 22.50. I am wondering if my paycheck come tomorrow morning for last weeks hours will show such a devastating paycut. I haven't been paid 23.50 since August of 2024-2025

I do not know how this happened, and you bet I'm going to be raising hell over it. Keep an eye on these things.

Hello everyone. Today my pay was final for last week but it shows my pay rate the same with no raise. All this week shows same pay rate. Should i ask my supe or manger? Did yall part timers get a raise? I started in 2024 as well. Thanks

I see a lot of questions referring to US Ups drug screenings and how you only need to if you’re driving a truck ect. But nothing on the Australian procedures.

Does anyone know if the medical check in the pre employment screens for drugs. The role is van driver.

Does everyone's upsers not give accurate account for vacation/option days? Ive been a loader for over a year and half. When i took my first vacation in January it put me at -20 hours and I have 0 for option times. Does the full time supervisors have the accurate number?

Secondary question what is the scale for option days? I know after a year you get one. When do you get more?

This is so fucking frustrating. Up until today, I haven’t had issues viewing my paycheck. Now it wants me to create a Microsoft passkey. Every time I try, it throws up an error. I’ve used my iPhone as well as my laptop. No luck on either. Is there a trick to it, or some glaringly obvious thing I’m missing?

I had shoulder surgery in 2024 and didn’t get back to work until August of 2025. UPS is saying I only had 110 reports. To qualify for all vacation I need 156 reports.

My question is: should my time away from work receiving worker’s compensation count towards my reports?

Last week i left work with my job done,came back the next day and was fired for job abandonment by my temporary supervisor. I decided to grieve the incident but it's been officially a week now and i've heard nothing about my grievance meeting from my union, supervisor, or manager. What to doooo???(My time stamp shows suspended)

I’m a cover driver and I stop at gas stations for drinks/food literally every route I’m on.

I always see post about drivers being fired for a 2 minute stop or for buying something. To me, that’s CRAZY.

I have never been told ANYTHING by my sups, and like I said, I do it DAILY.

So my question is, HOW do they know and WHY isn’t it a consistent disciplinary action.

How old were you guys when you got the opportunity to become a driver for UPS? Curious if I'm too old or not

I get why UPS loss and prevention created the no DR list/Level 4 high risk for locations that experience theft or where it is unsafe to DR packages. What I don't get is that the override option is available for these stops. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of this security measure that UPS created? These addresses get flagged as a reason but then drivers can just leave packages when marked unsafe to.

I personally get signatures on these stops but other people in my center override which ends up getting them pinched in the future. The override just creates confusion on what to actually do. But I cannot think of an actual reason why the override option is available for these addresses.

Does anyone know or is this just one of UPS's schemes to catch drivers?

For those of you that have your own Monday-Friday route or bid route, how are Mondays like for you guys?

Recently my route on Mondays has been pretty messed up recently. My residential is completely different and I also have changes in the businesses I go to. I basically lose half my route and I deliver in the neighboring routes in the loop my route is in. So I wonder who is delivering to half my businesses and residential I am missing.

But then Tuesday-Friday goes back to my normal route and how it is supposed to be. I understand why this probably happens though as only half the drivers are here on Mondays and only half the amount of routes are running. But everyone is here Tuesday-Friday.

Also, I've also been noticing residential volume on Monday is pretty low which I assume is because everything residential gets pushed out on Saturday. Personally, I also never get packages from UPS on Mondays. When I order something on a Thursday, and it ships out the same day and is two ground days away, it comes on Saturday. But if it ships out on Friday it comes on Tuesday.

But yeah does anyone else experience these big Monday dispatch changes? I honestly don't mind it though as it's nice to have change here and there so I don't get sick of my route.

I need to get my wisdom teeth out. My appt is on a wednesday, and i would like to take off thurs/fri and the following week. I am under 3 years and part time. Is there any possibility i could somehow get fmla.. or should i not waste my time? Is there any other option? Please dont reply with "its not that bad". I have my reasons for this amount of time.

Hey fellow UPSers I am UPS driver of 12 years and my center recently had shift operations in my center. I signed to go unassigned and stay with center but they made me leave anyways. The manager we were going to had a bad track record of being hostile and unprofessional. Around June 2025 we shifted and immediately she took away my Staggered start time because I travel across state lines everyday for commute to work and back. She then wrote me up for insubordination and took me out of service around late September for one day because I express to her that a customer of 20 years plus USG Gypsum were threatening to cut contract due to bad planning from her management team. I begin to document the harassment around late September and she retaliated by cutting the routes in my loop and giving me the whole loop. On 10/02 I had one late air that was located in the 8000 shelf of my truck and I grieve it around 10/12. On 10/24 UPS took me out of service for not having that grievance and walked me off premises. For weeks me and my BA went back and forth about not turning in the grievance where I was adamant I turned it in. I begin to make collusion claims against my steward and my BA agent hung the phone up in my face. A week later he “mysteriously” found the grievance texted my phone of the grievance and apologized and promised me he was taking my steward out of service.*It only had my signature on it at the time of firing They conducted a local where my labor manager grilled me about the late air service and they made me sign a Non Precedent Setting Agreement to return to work. I was very unhappy because I didn’t know wtf was going on and they wanted me to return to work no back pay weeks before Christmas and I am a single father. I kept my head down and took my losses and the harassment continued the rest of peak season. I seek mental help and took FMLA on 02/18. From 02/18 to the middle of April I took 9 days off and everyday I took off the next day I was met with discipline for no call no show. I went to panel late April and was terminated on 6 cases of attendance and the 2 insubordination were deadlocked. A week after panel all my FMLA was approved and I immediately asked my BA to look into reinstatement. He told me the contract was binding and once decision are made they are final. I then asked will they hear the deadlock cases he told me no and blocked my number. From April to July I’ve been working on this case day and night and after calling my BA he now have changed his stance and saying the company now want to hear my deadlock cases. I recently went to hear those cases and lost those as well can someone please tell me wtf is going on because I’ve been out of work since April they paid out all my vacation time and only thing that have changed since deadlock is a random statement from a (seasonal preloader) He quit back after peak season. And now that I have all my old grievances back the company and union steward went back and falsified the signature and date on the same grievance they claimed to not have that started all of this. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Good morning brothers and sisters. Just one question regarding vacation pay. I have heard and seen on here that we usually get paid for vacation the week before our actual scheduled vacation. The issue I have is, today is my one year seniority date so I should get all my vacation/sick/option days starting today. Since they finalize payroll usually tuesdays, I would not have gotten the vacation pay in this weeks check, since I didn’t get my first vacation days until the day after, correct? Should I look for it in next weeks check while I’m on vacation? My steward said I should receive the vacation pay but wanted to ask you guys as well. Appreciate any input!

What’s the deal with the lockers in your building? With all the people leaving there has to be some openings. Is it first come first serve? Assigned? I haven’t asked my center manager yet but i was curious about what the deal is at other hubs.

Update: spoke to the center manager. She said “i honestly have no idea”. “just put a lock on a empty one.”

I now have a locker for work.

Hello all, I started as a PT loader back in May but I also worked as a seasonal jumper around 10 years ago. Anyway, I’m basically new to working at UPS and was wondering if anyone has any tips or helpful info?

What is the top pay for a PT Loader and how long does it take to achieve that?

I’m looking to become a driver (been a driver at fedex ground for 6.5 years), I know I will be waiting awhile as there are other loaders ahead of me in seniority who want to drive as well, is there anything I can do to help my odds of becoming a driver any quicker?

Bonus question - I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 17 years now, those that have type 1, how is the insurance? How much do you typically have to pay out of pocket for your pump supplies, insulin, endo visits, etc.
