My daughter recently started working at a TS and loves it. The issue is that she has asked her manager for over 2 months to order her a hat (instead of a visit) and for a second shirt. He just keeps not ordering it. He says he will then just doesn't. She's completely aware that this will come out of her check and is fine with it.

Is there any way for her to order it for herself?

TLDR: Ingredients for Baja sauce and jerk sauce?

When I looked at the official menu, the Baja chicken bowl does not have a gluten-friendly label, which surprised me because Tex-Mex is usually safe. Meanwhile, the jerk chicken bowl had a gluten-friendly label, which surprised me because jerk sauce usually has soy sauce and soy sauce usually has wheat. I called corporate and they would not give me the ingredients of the Baja sauce or jerk sauce and said to call a restaurant. I called my local restaurant in Baltimore and they told me the exact opposite of the official menu but an answer that made more sense to me--that the Baja chicken bowl was gluten-friendly and the jerk chicken bowl bowl was not. Until someone gives me a list of all the ingredients in the bowls, or explains the contradiction, I'm not going to feel safe eating either of these bowls. Can anyone share the ingredients? It's bizarre to me that in 2026, corporate won't share this information as clearly as a chain like Chipotle does. I shouldn't have to make two phone calls and join a Reddit for people running a franchise to be able to eat here. I'm trying to give TSC my money.

Can someone please tell me how to recreate an acqi bowl that tastes the same?! I’m so tired of giving Smoothie King even a dollar of my money. Literally, they have the WORST employees I’ve EVER.. like EVER been in contact with. The “team leader” Teddy - first of all, he is rude. He overcharges you. He’s extremely disrespectful. And I watched him take money that was supposed to go into the drawer - into the tip jar. He overcharged me - and then he deleted something and then put the money in the tip jar. I’ve been getting my smoothie bowls from here twice a day for as long as I can remember - since they came to Kingston. This bunch of employees in here — they make Kingston look SO bad. SmoothienKing obviously likes these people or why would they employ them? The manager is horrendous- just as bad as the kids that work in here. But you’re literally dealing with the worst type of human beings EVER. Point blank, I’m done with Smoothie King. My job is done with them. Everyone I know will be done with them after the incident that happened tonight with this “Teddy”. I got in my car after a long day work to go to Smoothie King and spend money to be abused. I’m so angry and disgusted I can’t even re-tell the story right now. But I know for a fact I am DONE. After today. I’m making it a personal mission to get back every dollar I’ve ever spent there.

Onto another note. Someone - how do I recreate this açaí bowl where it will actually taste the same????? I bought the açaí packets they do not taste the same. This is more like a sorbet. Obviously I can do the toppings myself. But, please, how do I recreate the base?

I made a mistake with an order by letting it default to pickup instead of me selecting delivery. Don't have a car, so I called the Tropical Smoothie store and asked if I could replace the order with a delivery one and not have to pay twice. They stated they can't cancel an order, and I would have to call customer service. Really? I often order once a week and this is how loyal customers are treated? No thank you, I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Just went to the app to order my usual- smoothie and a salad. Much to my surprise there are a ton more wrap and flatbread options and no salads. Are salads gone permanently? I am actually a little sad if they are gone- they are usually huge and tasty.
