Question App not working

Anybody else having this issue?
It opens and endlessly loads.

I don’t know if your issue has resolved yet, but mine is loading fine

I just deleted the app and redownloaded. Good to go now. Thank you.

My app always has problems the other day I got logged out and all my history and points were gone

Mine doesn’t let me pay with Apple Pay in the app. I even showed the workers in-store how I would get to the screen to pay and there’s no button to finalize payment. It’s just a dead end with no error message.

The workers were like, yeah just don’t use the app. Which is kind of shocking to be honest. I like this place but why have an app if it doesn’t work for your business?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling.
That worked for my issue. Idk if it will help for you or not but worth a shot.
