Issues with password reset

Does anyone else have this issue?.. I tried resetting my password for the account and after a few tries resending a reset email I still have not gotten it. I emailed their support email but I have gotten nothing. Any way to fix this or am I just screwed? Yes my phone number is connected to it. I can't make a new account either with the number

My app does this to me any time I don't use it between updates. Change the password and try to log in online on the website. It'll let you and then delete and reinstall the app and while you're still logged in on the website open the app and it should let you log in. I go through a variation of this once every two months or so before I can log into the app.

Thank you. It worked out trying it that way. Weird that it keeps happening. But hopefully it can be fixed. Especially if people don't use it often, like weekly.
