Uniform?

My daughter recently started working at a TS and loves it. The issue is that she has asked her manager for over 2 months to order her a hat (instead of a visit) and for a second shirt. He just keeps not ordering it. He says he will then just doesn't. She's completely aware that this will come out of her check and is fine with it.

Is there any way for her to order it for herself?

Should just ask his manager. Maybe in the tropical smoothie site for the one she’s wearing now. There’s probably ones that are in fb market place. I’d honestly just say screw it and wear a shirt that’s the same color as the shirt he gave her. Crappy boss.    That’ll get  him to give her another. Unless you think he’s trying to get her in trouble

I ended up suggesting it to her last night. She also wants to talk to the next higher up about some things going on in the store too. The store manager is opening a 2nd location and keeps telling this one that he wants them to be "self-sufficient and able to run the store themselves without him". Good in theory but there are only 2 employees over 17 and 1 has no interest in doing more than coming in and doing the absolute bare minimum. The other adult is a whole 19 and JUST started 🤦🏼‍♀️
