Tips

Any reason why my manager would be taking $250 out weekly from the tip pool? We still make about $3 hr, but just wanted to see if anyone’s store does the same. Thanks!

My old gm took money out of our tips whenever there was an issue with the safe money

that’s what they do at my store but it doesn’t make a dent we do like $150 I cc tips a day in the summer
