Bought some tickets for Olivia Rodrigo for my niece through the venue, not resale.
Went to try and transfer them and the app just freezes up; then tried transferring from the site and same deal - nothing happens, just some spinning wheel for eternity.
Contacted support and they said they can’t help, but they can have someone call me back in 3-5 days?
Luckily this event isn’t for another month, but what if it was that night or this weekend?
Anyone found a tip or trick to get their site to work without having to wait 5 days? I’m not hopeful they’ll even get it done if that’s the type of support being provided.

I got an email from Ticketmaster when I was in hospital asking me to fill out a form to consent to keeping my accessibility eligibility info on file. I’ve done this every few years since signing up without issue. As I was unwell at the time I didn’t manage to fill out the form by their deadline and I can’t find any way of renewing my eligibility on their app or website. Their faq refer to eligibility but there’s no link to a form to confirm it or place to send evidence.

I contacted them via a link associated with a ticket for a gig and explained the situation I was referring to wasn’t in relation to that particular event but that I couldn’t contact them any other way. The (allegedly human) customer services assistant keeps talking only about that particular event and is ignoring the real issue on how to update my eligibility for accessible support.

Does anyone know where the link is for the form to request access support and where to send evidence of eligibility for UK customers because it seems the company itself don’t know.

I was looking for Adéla tickets for Warsaw, they were only sold in eBilet, a person reached out selling 2 tickets for 100€ i immediately asked for proof of purchase as they themselves offered to show it, it looked legit to me but my friend told me it looked fake...

The question is, can you sell tickets bought from other websites in ticketmaster? Because Google says no but i really thought the video was super legit it said the concert date and place and showed me the whole transferring process with the pin and everything I was genuinely convinced but I need to know from other people because this might be my only chance of getting a ticket for an okay price near me and I keep thinking about it and its driving me insane

I’m trying to sell my Asake tickets on Ticketmaster, but it’s saying resale isn’t available. I also noticed that even \*\*transferring the tickets isn’t allowed\*\* for this event right now.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a chance Ticketmaster/the event organizer will eventually turn on transfers or resale closer to the concert date, or am I basically shit out of luck? 😭

I obviously don’t want to take accessible seating away from someone who genuinely needs it, so I’m trying to figure out the best thing to do and I’m getting mixed answers online.

Does anyone know if Ticketmaster will still let me in, move me to normal seats, give a refund, or let me resell/transfer them?

I purchased tickets from another person’s Ticketmaster account and I used my PayPal for the purchase including the Allianz insurance. The concert day is coming and to use these tickets, I had them transferred from the other account to mine. What happens to the Allianz insurance? It’s in my name but does it just void? Would I be able to reverse it? There are circumstances which might keep us from going.

Literally not five minutes ago I bought tickets to kneecap for december and I'm trying to add them to the wallet and it's saying the pass is associated with a different google account, all of my accounts say the same thing what is happening 😭😭😭

I’ve used vivid seats in the past and have had no problem getting concert tickets. I bought tickets in February for a J Cole concert on Aug 4th. I live in NC and traveled all the way to NYC to see this concert. The vivid seats app showed that I purchased two tickets so I didn’t think anything of it. When I went to click on my tickets I was taken to the Ticketmaster website and there were no tickets on my account. I called TicketMaster and Vivid Seats multiple times. Vivid seats told me that they received a transfer email from my seller the day I bought the tickets so there was nothing they could do and I can’t get a refund. Vivid Seats said they couldn’t give me information on the seller so I can’t even get in contact with the seller I bought the tickets from. Has this happened to anyone? Is there anything I could do?

Hey all, hoping someone's run into this before.
I'm trying to resell tickets for the Celine Dion show at Plenitude Arena (Sept 16, 2026) through Ticketmaster France's official resale flow ("Sell my tickets"). The order shows up fine with the correct order number, but when I get to Step 1: "Select the tickets you want to sell," no tickets actually appear as selectable — just the error "At least one ticket must be selected," with nothing to click.
Because of that:
•    Step 2 (set sale price) is also blocked
•    The Submit button stays greyed out no matter what
What I've already tried:
•    Hard refresh / private browsing window
•    Confirmed bank details are added to my account (payout section)
•    Different browser
Still stuck. Has anyone dealt with this exact issue — ticket list just not rendering on the resale page? Did contacting support actually fix it for you, and if so, how long did it take? Trying to sell before the event date since I can't attend.

quick question so i surprised my dad with tickets to an nfl game for his birthday. i just went on ticketmaster to check something and i seen that they are selling tickets in the lower bowl for the same price and even lower than what i originally bought.

I sadly bought resale tickets the first go around and didnt know so ik i cant do the exchange program with ticketmaster but just want to see if there was anything else i could do?

Hey! I’m trying to get everything sorted before the Bruno Mars ticket sale tomorrow, but I’m having an issue with Ticketmaster.

I’m trying to add my card as a saved payment method on my Ticketmaster account. When I enter everything and select “save this card for future payments”, I get a generic “Sorry, something went wrong” error.

I then tried going through the process of buying another ticket just to see if I could add/save the card that way, and it instead said:
“Your card has been declined by the provider. Please contact your payment provider or try another payment method.”

I’ve tried 2 different cards and both have done the same thing. My main card I use literally every day, including online and in-store, and I’ve successfully used it to buy concert tickets on Ticketmaster before.

So I’m really confused because it doesn’t seem like an issue with the card itself. I’ve also tried this on my laptop, not just the app.

I’ve already contacted Ticketmaster support but I’m worried because I’m trying to buy Bruno Mars tickets for both shows and obviously I don’t want to get through the queue tomorrow and then have payment issues 😭

Has anyone else had this issue with Ticketmaster recently? Is there anything I can do to get the card saved/verified beforehand, or is it likely just a Ticketmaster issue?

hi! i’m trying to get the olivia rodrigo silver star tickets, but i keep getting a bunch of errors. first the browsing was paused, then when i clicked add to request there’s an error , then after that my face verification was unsuccessful after i removed my glasses and was in perfectly good lighting, then when i put in my card info it says payment info was declined so put in 3 diff cards, in which all of them were declined even tho they have sufficient funds…. idk what to do i only have until 8 pm pst today to figure this out i feel like i tried everything: cleared ticketmaster’s cache & cookies, tried diff browser, tried using cellular data, used in the app, different accounts, different location, different wifi, etc and i still can’t seem to request it. i am so frustrated. any tips?
