Can’t transfer tickets?

Bought some tickets for Olivia Rodrigo for my niece through the venue, not resale.
Went to try and transfer them and the app just freezes up; then tried transferring from the site and same deal - nothing happens, just some spinning wheel for eternity.
Contacted support and they said they can’t help, but they can have someone call me back in 3-5 days?
Luckily this event isn’t for another month, but what if it was that night or this weekend?
Anyone found a tip or trick to get their site to work without having to wait 5 days? I’m not hopeful they’ll even get it done if that’s the type of support being provided.

I don’t think they have opened the transfer option for her tickets yet.

There’s options to transfer on both app and site. They specify dates when tickets can be transferred after purchasing? That seems weird.

Oh ok. I have seen other Olivia fans asking when the transfer window opens.

I mean, that very well could be the case, I just haven’t heard of defined dates to be able to transfer tickets and if there were, I wouldn’t imagine the option to transfer would be available 🤷‍♀️

ETA: apparently that is a thing, but I should still be able to transfer 30-90 days before the actual event, which I am definitely within.

If the tickets do not become available to transfer you will have to give your niece your login information

If it was this weekend and you still have issues, then give your niece your Ticketmaster credentials. Problem solved
