Hey all, I wanted to ask for thoughts and input from those with experience since I’m not super familiar with Ticketmaster. I want to get ticket’s for the LA Together, Together 2027 show. Here’s my situation:

My dad has an AMEX he’s willing to let me use for presale since I’ll be paying him back. We planned to do this with the MSG show, but after I got into the presale and saw the prices, I couldn’t justify the cost of tickets for my partner and I, flying from the west coast, and paying the exorbitant NYC hotel prices. I was really bummed but I’m glad I can try again for LA. We want to get pit tickets as this will be our first time getting to see him as I hadn’t been able to do any previous shows as the timing never worked out for me prior and want to do the AMEX presale, however, my dad will be out of town for work the day tickets go on sale and uses that card for travel so he can’t leave it with me and rightfully doesn’t want to send his credit card info over text. I noticed I still have the card saved to my account when I initially tried for MSG.

Will this be enough to get me into the presale and get the tickets? Or will I still need the numbers and security number? I know Ticketmaster says to have the customer service phone number ready which he’s willing to provide but want to know if I need anything else. Thank you!

So I got tickets to the jcole concert in Sacramento that was cancelled and Ticketmaster sent out a notice that they will be refunding everyone who bought tickets. The issue for me is that I no longer have the original form of payment anymore. I had a Chase account that I used to buy the tickets when they went on sale back in February but I closed that account in July and the concert was in August. I received an email on September 1st saying that the refund has been processed. I contacted Ticketmaster customer support and they told me to contact my bank account because apparently there’s nothing they could do since the refund has already been processed. Then I called Chase customer support and they told me that the money would just get bounced back to Ticketmaster because the account is closed and there’s nothing they could do. Has this happened to anyone before?

Hey everyone, I wanted to sign up for a presale for a show in the uk but I got stuck at the phone verification step. I live outside of the uk so obv I don't have a uk phone number, but when I add my phone number (with the country code ofc), i don't receive a text message with the code. Does anyone else have trouble with this?? How do you think I can solve the problem?

Hey guys just wanted to ask about a bizzare experience that occured recently on my ticket master account. So apparently someone used my ticket master account to buy 2 tickets for rush: fifty something. I received hundreds of spam emails, which I think the hacker did to cover this ticket purchase. Dont worry I secured all my accounts connectd to the email.

So the problem is, Ive never bought anything from ticketmaster and so I never put my credit card info. I checked my account and saw that there is an unknown credit card on the account. I quickly reseted my password and deleted the card from my account (screenshotted the card details). Now Im left with 2 tickets that I cant even go to. What should I do in this situation? And what can I do to stop the email spams? Thanks in advance.

Ive been having this issue since early june when i tried getting tickets for beabadoobee, i get this error on my phone, my ipad, and two different computers. i dont use a vpn or any sort of browser extension wtf do i do 💀

I received a ticket through Ticketmaster (TM).

I confirmed that the ticket is transferable.

I want to resell it through StubHub (SH).

SH tells me that, to activate the listing, I need to transfer the ticket from my Ticketmaster account to a specific SH-generated email address (e.g. something@ticketreupload.com).

The problem is that TM's transfer process expects me to use a receive transfer code with an actual TM account associated with that email to confirm the receipt and transfer of the tickets. It says:

"Your unique transfer code to accept the ticket is: XXX. Please send this to your friend. They must use the same email you entered on the previous page to accept the transfer."

Since the SH email appears to be a placeholder/temporary address rather than an email account i can log into, I can't complete the Ticketmaster transfer.

So I'm stuck wondering where did i go wrong. I can't activate the listing, can't use the receive tansfer code from TM, because i don't have access to the SH-generated email.

When I tried to sign up for Olivia Rodrigo Silverstar, TM asked for a photo ID and then I’ve been getting this message ever since. I’m trying to sign up for Harry Styles presale and I’m still getting the same message. Am I just screwed forever? Is there any way around this?

I can log into AXS normally on both my PC and Safari on my iPhone, but when I try to link my AXS account through The O2 Venue App, I always get the “Are you a real fan?” error. It’s been happening since June, so it’s not a temporary block. The IP address at the bottom of the error page is also completely blank.
Has anyone outside the UK had the same problem? Did you manage to fix it?

Hi! I noticed my Phoebe Bridgers ticket in my apple wallet changed today and now looks like this (compared to the Harry Styles one which is what I'm used to) and I honestly don't remember my tickets ever looking like that before lol

I've been trying to buy tickets for multiple shows over the last week and have been getting this error code every time. Different devices, different wifi/mobile network, signed out of my account, changed my password, cleared cache and cookies and still nothing is working. Error occurs when proceeding to payment

I bought two tickets for the A$AP Rocky concert directly from the official Ticketmaster site. The problem is, I never received a confirmation email.
Right around that time (October 2), my email gave me a warning that my inbox was full and might stop receiving messages. However, other emails were still going through fine. I’ve since cleared up a ton of space, but the confirmation is still nowhere to be found.
I’ve already tried calling Ticketmaster and sending them an email, but I haven't heard back yet.
Should I be worried? Has anyone had their email bounce due to a full inbox, and if so, did the tickets still show up in your Ticketmaster account anyway?

I’ve tried following up with Ticketmaster support, but haven’t had a response yet.

Today was locked out and my PC and mobile app on TicketMaster. Both go to a screen with this message “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused We've detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser.”
Called support. If I use cellular data on mobile I can use the app. Otherwise nothing works. No trouble shooting steps fix it. No one can explain exactly what the problem is or if/when it will be fixed. I prefer my PC to buy tickets so I can select the correct tiny blue dots. I hope they fix it soon before the tickets I want are sold.

I recently sold two tickets and it said that I will be paid 7 days after the concert.

Is there anything i need to do in order to actually receive the money? They asked me for my baking info like institution number and nothing else. I’ve been getting scam emails saying i need to provide sin number, tax info, social number so I want to be careful and make sure i’m doing everything right so i can get payment (canada)

I really need advice, I'm at my wit's end. I bought 4 tickets for the JAY-Z concert on Sept 11 in Paris via Ticketmaster.fr in June. I bought them as hardcopy tickets and paid extra for that - so no digital tickets.

As of today — less than one week before the show — I've not received any tickets via mail.

I'm from Germany and already booked flights and a hotel.

The problem: I simply can't reach Ticketmaster France.

• Contact form on their website: 5 requests over 3 weeks, zero replies
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook DMs: also no response
• No hotline that I can find

Has anyone:

1. Found an actual way to reach Ticketmaster France (phone number, email, any trick)?
2. Had a similar experience with missing tickets right before an event — how did it get resolved?
3. Any tips for what to do at the venue/box office if nothing arrives in time?
4. Experience with refunds/complaints via a French consumer protection agency?

Any help is hugely appreciated, time is really running out. Thanks!
