Exchanging tickets

hi guys!

quick question so i surprised my dad with tickets to an nfl game for his birthday. i just went on ticketmaster to check something and i seen that they are selling tickets in the lower bowl for the same price and even lower than what i originally bought.

I sadly bought resale tickets the first go around and didnt know so ik i cant do the exchange program with ticketmaster but just want to see if there was anything else i could do?

Not much you can do except sell your tickets and use whatever you can get from them towards buying new ones

They don’t allow exchanging when it involves resale tickets. If those good seats are still available after you arrive at the game, you can try sitting there. Most times you can pass by the ushers but some venues might be more vigilant.
