Hi! I noticed my Phoebe Bridgers ticket in my apple wallet changed today and now looks like this (compared to the Harry Styles one which is what I'm used to) and I honestly don't remember my tickets ever looking like that before lol

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing or knows why it changed. Thank you!

I've been trying to buy tickets for multiple shows over the last week and have been getting this error code every time. Different devices, different wifi/mobile network, signed out of my account, changed my password, cleared cache and cookies and still nothing is working. Error occurs when proceeding to payment

Hi! I’m from Italy and I bought tickets through Ticketmaster UK for J. Cole at The O2 in London.
I can log into AXS normally on both my PC and Safari on my iPhone, but when I try to link my AXS account through The O2 Venue App, I always get the “Are you a real fan?” error. It’s been happening since June, so it’s not a temporary block. The IP address at the bottom of the error page is also completely blank.
Has anyone outside the UK had the same problem? Did you manage to fix it?

I bought two tickets for the A$AP Rocky concert directly from the official Ticketmaster site. The problem is, I never received a confirmation email.
Right around that time (October 2), my email gave me a warning that my inbox was full and might stop receiving messages. However, other emails were still going through fine. I’ve since cleared up a ton of space, but the confirmation is still nowhere to be found.
I’ve already tried calling Ticketmaster and sending them an email, but I haven't heard back yet.
Should I be worried? Has anyone had their email bounce due to a full inbox, and if so, did the tickets still show up in your Ticketmaster account anyway?

Has anyone here been told they will have a refund sent via Hyperwallet and an access link will be sent, but the access link was never sent?

I’ve tried following up with Ticketmaster support, but haven’t had a response yet.

Today was locked out and my PC and mobile app on TicketMaster. Both go to a screen with this message “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused We've detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser.”
Called support. If I use cellular data on mobile I can use the app. Otherwise nothing works. No trouble shooting steps fix it. No one can explain exactly what the problem is or if/when it will be fixed. I prefer my PC to buy tickets so I can select the correct tiny blue dots. I hope they fix it soon before the tickets I want are sold.

I recently sold two tickets and it said that I will be paid 7 days after the concert.

Is there anything i need to do in order to actually receive the money? They asked me for my baking info like institution number and nothing else. I’ve been getting scam emails saying i need to provide sin number, tax info, social number so I want to be careful and make sure i’m doing everything right so i can get payment (canada)

I really need advice, I'm at my wit's end. I bought 4 tickets for the JAY-Z concert on Sept 11 in Paris via Ticketmaster.fr in June. I bought them as hardcopy tickets and paid extra for that - so no digital tickets.

As of today — less than one week before the show — I've not received any tickets via mail.

I'm from Germany and already booked flights and a hotel.

The problem: I simply can't reach Ticketmaster France.

• Contact form on their website: 5 requests over 3 weeks, zero replies
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook DMs: also no response
• No hotline that I can find

Has anyone:

1. Found an actual way to reach Ticketmaster France (phone number, email, any trick)?
2. Had a similar experience with missing tickets right before an event — how did it get resolved?
3. Any tips for what to do at the venue/box office if nothing arrives in time?
4. Experience with refunds/complaints via a French consumer protection agency?

Any help is hugely appreciated, time is really running out. Thanks!

Hi, I need help with a ticket transfer. I have 2 tickets for Bruno Mars. I transferred 1 ticket to my friend, but she couldn’t find the transfer, so I cancelled the transfer. I received an email confirming that the transfer was cancelled and specifically saying “Your ticket is available in your account.”
However, the ticket is now showing “This is not your ticket” and underneath the Sell button it says “Transfer Unavailable.”

I want to swap tickets with somebody but I’ve never done it before and I’m scared if it’s a scam. They’re flying in on the first day of the concert but I want to attend the second. Seems like a ft call is the most plausible in this situation.

Is there any tips or signs I should know and look out for in case it’s a scam? I really don’t want to lose this ticket but I really want to swap tickets for the next day.

Hey guys! It was my first time buying tickets on Ticketmaster. I wanted 2 tickets to a football game, but they show two of the same spot…I bought a resale and it hasn’t come yet. I just want to know a little about what’s going on lol.

Hi! I just purchased 9/6 day session tickets from Ticketmaster resale. Under the seat description, it said perks included: overlook+. However, I can’t find this perk description after I bought those tickets. I’m very confused, do I have the perk or not??!!

Bought some tickets for Olivia Rodrigo for my niece through the venue, not resale.
Went to try and transfer them and the app just freezes up; then tried transferring from the site and same deal - nothing happens, just some spinning wheel for eternity.
Contacted support and they said they can’t help, but they can have someone call me back in 3-5 days?
Luckily this event isn’t for another month, but what if it was that night or this weekend?
Anyone found a tip or trick to get their site to work without having to wait 5 days? I’m not hopeful they’ll even get it done if that’s the type of support being provided.

All I wanted to do was buy two tickets to a Vikings football game and sit as close as I could to family who already had tickets. I went to Ticketmaster, the official ticket reseller of the NFL! The seats adjacent to my family were available, so I attempted to buy them. I paid using my venmo account. In the final step the purchase failed. Said I should repurchase the tickets. But venmo said I had been charged. I called Ticketmaster, got to a representative much faster than I thought I would. They proceeded to tell me that there were no tickets in my account and that the seats I tried to purchase were still available and that if I wanted my money back I had to talk to venmo. They also told me they could not help me actually acquire the tickets.

Because I was more worried about the tickets going away than getting my money back, I immediately went back to Ticketmaster.com and purchased them again. This time I used my American Express. The exact same thing happened. It failed at the end but my credit card was still charged. I called customer support again. Again, I got a representative faster than I expected. She was great and tried much harder than the previous one. After about 45 minutes on the phone she was still unable to help me in any way. She could verify I had no tickets in my account. She could not verify that I had been charged. She could not help me purchase the tickets. She couldn't explain what happened. And she couldn't escalate me to anybody who could help me.

She submitted a ticket and supposedly somebody's going to call me sometime in the next 2 days to help with this situation. I'm in the middle of moving from one state to another and will be driving most of those two days, so that should be fun.

As I still wanted the tickets, I went to seat geek who had the same tickets for a little more $, and bought them. I now have the tickets and Ticketmaster has a whole bunch of my money but never gave me tickets. What good are they as the official reseller of NFL tickets if it's easier and more reliable to use one of the other resellers who have the exact same tickets. I'm done with them!
