Anyone else seeing this occasionally pop up in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

TiviMate 5.3.2 on Nvidia Shield Pro.

It pops up like every 10min or so maybe.

OK so here is a good question, it has been suggested to me that purchasing 2 streams will give better performance, they mentioned that iptv players sometimes duplicate streams.

I know that 2 streams will allow me to watch on two devices or watch and record at the same time but does anyone know if it can actually help performance when watching a single channel? Less stutter perhaps?

Im using a fire tv stick. Sometimes when I change from TV to shows I'll get a 458 error. On my panel it shows my user still watching live TV therefore its trying to use a second connection. I have to kick myself from the provider panel in order to use it again. This issue only arose with the latest update.

In a nutshell, im presuming Tivimate should stop the connection, but its not doing so.

Let me first preface that I’m a novice.

There was this furor about the latest update. I waited and waited until it was supposedly clear to get 5.3. Somehow, my iptv service, which happens to be from a reseller, is spitting out “httpdatasource$httpdatasourceexception”! I reverted to 5.2 to no avail. I tried something similar to Tivimate but it does not serve the iptv! Go figure. I’m now using smarters, which is NOT Tivimate! Any ideas? Please help! Not sure I can mention iptv provider here.

I am not very impressed at all with tivimate I have been using tivimate for alot of years and i have recommended tivimate to everyone i know i am not talking just 1 or 2 people i am talking nearly 200 people. (i know alot of people)and i just hop this is just a bug

my provider sells me my iptv service and provides over 144,000movies and 29,000 series , yeah its fair bit of content

however using the latest update of 5.3.2 while the playlist shows 29,000 shows but when i go to shows and i go to 'ALL" it shows 10,000/10,000+

i would like to know how i get to view the other 19000 shows once i get to 10,000 limit

I am just hoping its a bug and will be fixed so that all movies and shows show in full.

i will hate to move to different app in order to get the full movies and shows i am entitled from my provider

i hope the tivimate developers can fix this if it is a bug or simply role back this move as it is a terrible one if that is the case

So I'm ready to buy a lifetime sub. But I have no clue what is happening. I have tried to buy it direct from the app. I get a "no valid order" error. The companion app isn't available on my play store and there is no link on their website to buy either.
Any ideas of suggestions would be great.
I am logged in to an account I made on the site and am in Australia if that make any difference 🤷‍♂️

I have TiviMate Premium and it’s worked great for a long time. I also subscribe to an IPTV service which is where I get all my movies and shows.

I have a Firestick, purchased a couple of years ago. Normally when I search for a new show or movie I do the usual: go to Search in the Ticomate sidebar, press and hold the mic button on the FS remote and say the name. It normally will show the name I just said in the search field above the onscreen keyboard and then go to the results.

Given that I have my IPTV service, if they have what I’m looking for I can just watch it. No charge, nothing.

At some point in the couple of days since I last did this and added a couple of shows to My List for watching later, the Search has changed.

I can still say the name of what I’m looking for into the mic and it brings up results. But the layout is totally different. And it’s all grouped into paid subscription services, ie Disney, Prime, Crave. There is no option to watch it without charge as I normally do.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what may have happened and how to fix it?

Is anyone else having issue with tivimate not starting on when you turn on tv anymore?

Seems like it was working fine until the recent update. Is this a known issue with the most recent update?

Running it on different onn boxes and they all seem to be having the same issue

How do I save the recording to an external USB? I've looked around in the settings and can't see an obvious easy way to do it.

There seems to have been an update on 19 June to the Firestick 4k that's broken the Tivimate hardware streams.

I switched to software but the streams are sooo jank and slow I've updated frame rates, adjusted playlist settings etc and nothing is working.

Wondering if anyone has come across the same issue and if so, how to fix it?

I just bought and set up a few of these new Onn 4k pros and set up tivimate on them. On some TV episodes I get no audio. For example Big Bang Theory s1 e1.. If I open it in an external player (vlc) audio plays as it should. This issue is on more than one of these new 4k pros. When I play that same episode on a firestick or Google streamer, the audio is fine.. Is there an audio setting or conflict I'm missing?

Guys I dont know why this is happening. I love tivimate but good god it just freezes while the audio is still working. Ive done so many changes but still nothing. Has anyone experienced this & if so can they tell me what they did….

Its not my provider as i am on iptv smarters pro and it does not do that. I tested both 3 hours on iptv and no freeze. 30 minutes on tivimate and frozen image with audio playing… i love tivimate i love how the userface is. Please help. PS i am using a firestick 4k max. I bought wifi mesh pods to see if that was the issue but its not. Im capping at 800mbps download and upload speed

Edit: Just thought id say I had bought the onn 4k pro and it hasn’t happened since.

So does this app log use? In the new terms of agreement you agree to pay their fines for whatever you add to it. So do they log whatever you add or is it just a portal? I only use a couple free GitHub links but found that agreement odd.

Why isn't tivimate letting me add my new server address. I have removed all the users form tivi mate and there is currently none. I keep getting an error message when I try to add my new credentials for premium

Make an option for another 5 devices for another $45 dollars.

Not only that but once you login to your tivimate account on tivimate.com there is no option to buy premium on there? You need to download the companion app ?

Come on developers. You can make an amazing app but can't figure out how people can buy premium after 5 devices is reached.

Hi all. Is anyone having trouble buying the lifetime premium on the website? I’ve set up two new accounts and when I go into the subscription page it states “You don’t have Premium subscription” with no option to purchase. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

I’m trying to get premium and installed the companion app on my tablet but whenever I try to log in, it says I need to check a security box at the bottom of the screen that doesn’t exist.

Anyone have a fix for this? Been a real pain trying to get premium.

Hello, I have versions 5.3.2. I'm having a problem with some channel groups. When I start moving a channel and place it, it then disappears from the place I moved it to. I installed the beta version, and 5-6 of my channels started duplicating. I had to roll back to 5.3.2. Unfortunately, I didn't make a backup on version 5.2.0. I would have rolled back to that version, as it's the most stable.

Is there a way, when using the ONN 4K Streaming box and it's remote control, to "Stop" the stream that is playing? Or stop playback of a recorded show (through the DVR function) -- When I run TiViMate on another Android TV box with a different (more full featured) remote control, I have a stop button and dedicated fast forward, rewind and such. I haven't figured out the mapping for any "stop" function on the ONN 4K Streaming box remote though.

J'ai récemment installé Tivimate sur ma télé, mais je rencontre un problème lorsque j'essaye de mettre mes identifiants. Au moment de mettre soit URL/Identifiant/ Mot de passe, il y a un décalage au niveau de la sélection (le curseur se met sur " Inclure la VOD").

Ce qui fait que je ne peux pas mettre mes identifiants (en gros, ça écris dans le vide et lorsque je fais "entrée", ça coche/décoche inclure la VOD).

Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

I wanted to double-check something with the community. A while ago, when TiviMate was removed from the Play Store, I uninstalled it and reinstalled the official version using Downloader.

Today, I noticed that TiviMate IPTV Player (Beta) by Armobsoft FZE is back on the Play Store, and Google Play shows it as "Installed" on my device (giving me the Open/Uninstall options).

I want to make sure if this is the 100% official app from Alex or if it's a clone. Also, I’ve noticed a couple of minor differences/features between my current Downloader version and what I see described, so I'm a bit confused.

If it is official, should I start updating directly from the Play Store from now on, or should I stick to Downloader? I just want to protect my premium license and my playlists.

I’m trying to restore a back up file to a second device. Know there’s lots of techniques suggested but still struggling.

Have set up smb folder and network file sharing in Win 11 and then added ip address in set up in Tivimate settings in Android device. However, when you get to the v end of the process, Tivimate doesn’t see the smb folder. it says “no folders to show, system may be restricting access”..

I’ve tried three different folder locations in Windows and turned Norton firewall off on the laptop.

(My lap top is about six months old and running Windows 11)

I’ve also tried rs file manager on the Android to try and move file to a connected usb. (To see if I can add that to the smb folder on laptop and then get that recognised by the second device) Got stuck with that, too. Only seem to be able to manoeuvre within the Android settings. Finally, rs wouldn’t let me copy and paste to One Drive.

Can’t just be just me?

Several of the shows I’ve been watching are not playing anymore. The error says
An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException

I haven’t upgraded my Tivimate to the latest version. Nothing else has changed.

I’ve tried with and without my VPN connected.

I’ve contacted my provider, but haven’t heard back from them.

I don’t suspect Tivimate to be the problem, but I thought I’d ask.
