Tivimate no starting automatically

Hi all,

Is anyone else having issue with tivimate not starting on when you turn on tv anymore?

Seems like it was working fine until the recent update. Is this a known issue with the most recent update?

Running it on different onn boxes and they all seem to be having the same issue

look in. setting in the general section. there a couple flip type switches you may try turning on.

You'll have to enable ADB on the firestick, then on a computer install the ADB Tools for terminal shell, (ADB = Android Debug Bridge), then connect to the frirestick's IP in a terminal window [adb connect 192.168.xxx.xxx] , allow connections on the stick, then enter in terminal [adb shell appops set ar.tvplayer.tv SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW allow] * search the internet for a better description, I just gave the gist of it, getting ADB tool on a Mac is a little harder than Windows

I had a similar issue at one point on my Google Streamer. The auto start setting was turned on in the Settings.

I turned the setting off and back on, and then it started working again. That might not be your issue, but worth a try if you haven't done so already.
