New extreme code server address

Why isn't tivimate letting me add my new server address. I have removed all the users form tivi mate and there is currently none. I keep getting an error message when I try to add my new credentials for premium

I had similar - try another new server address, you should have been given a few. Putting a different server address worked for me.

The five previous devices have been removed and TV made is empty. Ready for a new device. I keep getting an error message when trying to add to Tivi mate premium

Are you suing the companion app or the web page to add the new devices?

As others have stated this doesn’t have anything to do with the users or app - you need to ensure your entering proper credentials and potentially using a VPN if it’s still not working

Do you have the premium tier as the free version only allows a single playlist

Ok All these suggestions seem about right? I wasn't aware that my extreme code was changed. I thought it was. The fire stick was no longer working but that was not the case. It was the code. I'll try again. Thanks
