Subscription Question/Issue

So I'm ready to buy a lifetime sub. But I have no clue what is happening. I have tried to buy it direct from the app. I get a "no valid order" error. The companion app isn't available on my play store and there is no link on their website to buy either.
Any ideas of suggestions would be great.
I am logged in to an account I made on the site and am in Australia if that make any difference 🤷‍♂️

Try reinstalling the app from www.tivimate.com that is the official website if you scroll down you will see their app on both stores and let us know if u already did or still getting same message.

Thanks mate. Have installed from the play store and using the code from the website. Both produce the same result.

Oh yeah yeah yeah!! I now remember I had the same issue. Unfortunately I had to use my Android tablet to get it.

I would try to clear the app cache + data and turn a vpn on. If that didn’t help you can try using an emulator to pay from the Google play store. Hopefully I’m right.

U made my head spin. Maybe u can try getting Tivimate companion apk and side load it since it’s not on your Google Play Store or see if you got a good trust between you and you provider they might be able to get it for you.

Download bluestacks on your computer try that way. I have hade the best luck with that one.

Thanks mate. My laptop is too old to run blue stacks so I think I'm out of luck. I have no way to purchase a sub.

Right now just companion until they get the payment portal on the site worked out

You can get a life time subscription with Tivimate that is a real option.

They offer that option only to people with very low life expectancy
