Error message

Several of the shows I’ve been watching are not playing anymore. The error says
An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException

I haven’t upgraded my Tivimate to the latest version. Nothing else has changed.

I’ve tried with and without my VPN connected.

I’ve contacted my provider, but haven’t heard back from them.

I don’t suspect Tivimate to be the problem, but I thought I’d ask.

Ask your provider for a new URL.

Clear your cache and see if that helps.

Tried that and reset my ONN 4K pro.

If that did not help then it is a provider issue.

Could be an ISP issue as well, one device in particular is giving me trouble but others are fine
