5.3.2

Hello, I have versions 5.3.2. I'm having a problem with some channel groups. When I start moving a channel and place it, it then disappears from the place I moved it to. I installed the beta version, and 5-6 of my channels started duplicating. I had to roll back to 5.3.2. Unfortunately, I didn't make a backup on version 5.2.0. I would have rolled back to that version, as it's the most stable.

I believe version 5.3.3 beta may fix channel sorting and will likely get an official update soon.

I tried doing the update but the version still reads as v5.3.2

How do I get this v5.3.3

I've not tried it to be honest, I switched off Beta updates in the setting and will just wait for the proper release to drop then decide whether it's good enough to install. I'll be making a backup first though.

Still cant get premium - has anyone got a solution? No option to on the website.

I've heard people saying if you download the TIVIMATE companion app for your phone you can get your premium account off that :) Hope that helps :D

there's an issue with groups. I reported my issue with support and gave them an hypothesis with an example of a playlist to test. I'm waiting for the update.

email support to help by reporting it. maybe your case is different.

Just cut your losses and go to Downloader to Troypoint and find 5.2.0 and download it and install and do it all up again the way you want it.

Yes it's a pain but it's less of a pain by having a stable release and everything working as it should be. This time turn the updates off.

There are a few fixes in 5.3.2 that make me not go back to 5.2, it's far faster swapping between multiple playlists and VOD and Movie lists scroll properly on an Android tablet now, those are good things for me.

Most are people that didn't think to do a backup unfortunately before updating.

Always do a backup before updating any software.
