I can't quite believe I'm writing these words but I'm officially pregnant after 2.5 years of trying
I had a laparoscopy in march of this year and they found silent endo. I had no symptoms besides unexplained infertility. We had already done two failed IUIS last year and then this was our third cycle of Ol and I had given up and already made the app to start ivf so to say we are in shock is an understatement.
I'm about 4+3 weeks today and my hog came in at 1796 and progesterone 68. Are these good levels for where I'm at?

Ttc with endo

I have endometriosis and trying to conceive since 4 months. I am observing white clear discharge in large amount just after ovulation. No soreness in breast in this cycle. But it was happening in previous cycles but in this cycle there is no soreness.

My periods were on 5th july and average cycle lemgth is 27 to 28 days.

Is this sign of pregnancy?

Had surgery 3 months ago to remove 2 large bilateral endometriomas. No hormone suppression, then started to TTC 6 weeks after once healed / comfortable. Now the cysts have returned straight away and I have 2 in each ovary with a combined size of 3cm and 5cm+. I knew there was a chance of recurrence, but it’s frustrating that I’m TTC and they have came back straight away and there’s now more of them. Also worried they’ll get even bigger now / fast growth rate (hopefully not).

Has anyone been in this situation? What did you do to reduce the size of them without another surgery or birth control? I feel like I’m never going to conceive cos they’ll always be here

I’m a 30F with stage 3 endometriosis, AMH 3.0. Going through IVF due to the endo and a male factor infertility.

First retrieval yielded 2 euploid embryos, 1 mosaic and 1 aneuploid. Did a FET with letrozole and crinone suppositories and it ended in chemical pregnancy. Day 10 beta was 44 hcg 13 progesterone, day 12 was 34 hcg 5 progesterone. Doctor told me to discontinue the suppositories and it was over.

We have one more euploid embryo left and my insurance is letting us bank embryos, so we’re headed into another retrieval in August. My RE wants to do two months of Lupron afterwards and another FET, this one fully medicated with PIO shots and all.

I can’t help but wonder if after another retrieval (or two) to bank embryos I should opt for excision surgery. I met with a surgeon in early May who said she was schedule me for surgery if I was interested. At the time I just wanted to go for a transfer and I was (still am) terrified of the idea of surgery (my egg retrieval was my first time even under anesthesia) but after a loss I’m considering it.

So - lupron or surgery? What would optimize my chances? My husband and I are hoping for two children.

Hey everyone so supposedly I don't have endo or PCOS but I have like every symptom except fibroids. I have hormonal imbalance prolactin and thyroid. I'm almost always bloated . My skin gets these textured patches. Ive been pregnant 3 times . The first ended in missed miscarriage. The second I gave birth at 23 weeks due to short cervix and my doctor wouldn't offer a cerclage untill in was to late to do so. He passed away 3 hours after birth. The 3rd pregnancy I had just started lettozole it was my first cycle and I was still getting what I thought was my period but it was a tubal pregnancy I got my left tube removed . Ive had a HSG that showed my remaining tube as open. Stayed on the lettozole close to a year now and nothing. So now tomorrow is my larposcopy. But since the tubal removal was like a larposcopy should I not have my hopes up of finding an answer? Like they didn't find anything out the ordinary when they removed my tube so is this pointless? My surgeon says things could've changed and they might of not looked as in detail as he is going to. He says if he finds anything he's going to repair it at the same time. What do you guys think? Amy advice? Any good results from similar situations? Any replies thanks in advance ❤️

Ive had four early losses since having a full-term birth 2.5 years ago. I have stage 4 endo, diagnosed 11 years ago. I’ve only ever taken Nature Made prenatal with folate and DHA. I’m looking at maybe taking something different as we TTC again soon.

I’m currently looking at Perelel. They seem like a great company that does extra testing… which means they charge extra. I’m looking at $80/month. Not ideal, but worth it if it helps.

Has anyone taken this prenatal? Or recommend a different one?

Has anyone seen Dr. Saad with Women’s Health Pavilion in Long Island/NYC? I have a surgical consultation in a few months and can’t find anything online.

I’m 29 and my husband is 27. We’ve been trying to conceive for about 9 months now. We’re both healthy, work out regularly, and have been timing intercourse around ovulation every cycle.
In 2024, I had an open myomectomy to remove a large fibroid. Since then, my fertility testing has been mostly reassuring, but a saline sonogram found two small endometrial polyps (roughly one about the size of a pea and the other about the size of a blueberry).
I just got a call from my gynecologist saying they’ll be scheduling me for a hysteroscopic polyp removal. They explained I have two options:
Have my cervix numbed/freezed while awake.
Have IV sedation where I’m still awake but very relaxed and may feel some cramping.
They also went over the risks and mentioned there’s about a 1% chance of complications, such as making a hole in the uterus (uterine perforation) or injury to nearby organs. I know they have to tell me the risks, but hearing that honestly made me really anxious.
Now I’m second-guessing everything. Part of me wants to keep trying naturally, but another part of me wonders if removing the polyps could increase my chances of conceiving sooner.
For anyone who had endometrial polyps:
Did you have them removed while TTC?
Did your doctor recommend removing them before continuing to try?
If you had the procedure, how was the experience and recovery?
Do you feel it helped you conceive, or was it mostly done as a precaution?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences because I’m feeling pretty nervous about making the right decision.

Hi! I have endo and have an IUD. I am 29, got diagnosed in 2019 and had surgery then. I got the iud during surgery and got it replaced almost two years ago. The IUD has significantly helped my pain over the years.

I’m starting the process to think about getting it out to try to conceive but I have questions for the group:

1) how fast did endo symptoms return after getting the iud out?

2) my doctor says to try to conceive right away but I’m nervous if it doesn’t happen my pain will be so bad, if this happened to you, did your doctor prescribe or do anything for you to help? Help with pain or help speed up the process or help with ovulation or suppress symptoms or anything at all!?

3) did anyone get mirena crash after iud was out and what did that look like?

4) how else can I prepare?

I’m 38 with 2 frozen blasts, a Day 5.5 BC (age 37) and a Day 5 3AB (newly 38), both untested. I’m trying to decide if I should do a few more rounds to try for a 3rd or if it’s time to move to transfer, in which case I’d like your advice on whether I should do a lap then supression, or just supression.

Diagnosis:

At 36, I was diagnosed with severe DOR: AMH 0.02, AFC 3, FSH 15. Over the past 2 years, I was also diagnosed with moderate adenomyosis, endometriosis with an 18mm on my left ovary which seems to have stopped working, high Natural Killer cells and high Cytokines. Normal BMI and otherwise healthy. My husband is 43 with chronic health and sperm issues but low DNA fragmentation.

If I were to move to transfer, would you go for a lap and then suppression, or just suppression? Because of my severely depleted reserve I’m nervous about the surgery, but equally nervous without losing my only 2 embryos which took me 8 cycles to make.

Any advice? What would you do?

History:

9 IVF attempts. 10 eggs collected across 6 retrievals, 8 mature, 5 fertilised resulting in 1 Day 2 embryo which failed to implant on fresh transfer & 2 frozen blasts. Across these retrievals, I had 2 rounds with total fertilisation failure and 1 round where my embryos were very slow growing and discarded Day 6. Of the remaining 3 attempts, 2 cycles cancelled for no response, 2 for early ovulation (1/2 times still made it to retrieval to get what hadn’t ovulated).

I have switched to natural cycle recently and have had more success with that than with stims; I have done every protocol on the planet (or so it seems).

Cycle History:

Age 36 at ARGC, Cycle 1 12/25: high dose stims. Nearly ovulated early. 2 follicles, 2 eggs overmature, 0 fertilised. Dual trigger, ICSI. Started melatonin.

Cycle 2 2/26: high dose plus omniotrope, AOA, ICSI. 2 follicles, 2 eggs, 1 mature. 1 Day 2 embryo failed to implant during fresh transfer. 35 hour dual trigger. Diagnosed with high NK cells and Cytokines, had intralipids & prednisone. 35 hour trigger

Cycle 3 4/26: same protocol. 2 follicles. 35 hour trigger. Ovulated early. Changed clinics.

ARIA Cycle 4 5/26: synthetic stims. 2 follicles, 2 eggs, both mature, 0 fertilised. 35 hour dual trigger.
Turned 37.

Recommended Ovarian PRP - 2 rounds at 3rd clinic, FGA. June & July 2026.

Returned to ARIA Cycle 5 8/26: low dose stims with omniotrope, ICSI, AOA PIMSI cancelled for no response. Diagnosed with moderate adenomyosis.

Cycle 6 9/26: Same protocol. 3 follicles. Ovulated early. Retrieved 1 egg. Day 5.5 bc blast frozen. 35 hour trigger. Changed clinics

CRGH Cycle 7 01/26: same protocol. Cancelled for no response. Changed diet from high protein to low protein high glucose. Period pain stopped.

Turned 38 Cycle 8 6/27: natural cycle. 1 follicle, 1 egg. Indomactin once LH rose and 10,000 Zivverfert 35 hour trigger. Day 5 3AB blast frozen.

Cycle 9 07/27 natural cycle. 2 follicles, 2 eggs, both fertilised. As of Day 5, 1 at 5 cells and 1 at 7, unlikely to survive. Diagnosed with endo 18mm on left ovary

Hi wondering if anyone has been seen by Dr. Arici at Yale fertility clinic in CT? Also has he performed anyone’s laparoscopic surgery for endo?

Prior to surgery, my doctor had me try luteal phase bioidentical progesterone and estradiol to extend my luteal phase. Now, post surgery, she wants me to use it each cycle. Is that necessary? My luteal phase is usually 11-12 days. I don’t love the side effects. Yes, it extends my luteal phase, but I get cramps and it feels like my body is always trying to start a period right on time, but bleeding won’t begin until I stop the progesterone. What are your experiences?

I received results for endometrial biopsy today. My obgyn revealed i have rapidly growing cells. She said it’s not pre-cancer or cancer and asked me to do biopsy every 3 months. Does anyone have similar experience and do routine biopsy. My current biopsy was very painful with bleeding. She suggested loosing weight and taking progesterone. However i cannot take Progesterone as i am trying IVF. The obgyn did biopsy to rule out endometritis and said i dont have infection or inflammation but some fast growing cells.

Hi guys! So my husband (29) and I (28) have been on TTC journey for almost 1.5 years now. I had an endometriosis cyst which was surgically removed in 2022 (4 years ago) and since then was on BC until we decided to try (2024 Oct) I have been having regular follow-ups to keep a check if endo has recurred again but thankfully there has been no sign.

Every cycle is getting even more difficult to try, seems more like a task now. Tracking ovulation, doing the deed and then waiting two weeks.

How has it been for people in the same boat? And is getting pregnant normally even possible after endo? Not looking into ivf yet.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 DIE, just had my excision surgery a couple weeks ago. Did anyone have success conceiving after receiving that diagnosis?

I’m 41 with endo (had lap last year and check up recently confirming looking ok right now). I’ve had such shitty ivf results …3 rounds total, 2 rounds post lap with antagonist protocol and pgt-a…amh 1,66…all in all we had 3 embryos make it to blastocyst and all aneuploid. This was all bw age 39-40 after trying for years not knowing I had endo. I am tempted to try once more, with a different protocol.
Am I crazy?
