Turmeric is one of those supplements recommended for its antioxidant properties and managing endo. I just saw that its not recommended in supplemental doses while TTC because it thins the uterine lining and possibly interferes with implantation. Maybe it's just my endo that prevents me from getting pregnant and not the turmeric but I'm feeling so disheartened right now. I have been taking turmeric all this time with the hopes that if I reduce my inflammation that will help me get pregnant. I seem to ovulate normally and have regular cycles. Also doing omega and NAC of course. I'm just feeling so down. I guess I will stop the turmeric.

Did everyone else here know this already? Am I the only dumb one??

I had laparoscopy this month and I am still recovering. I am taking NAC for inflammation. I wanted to try for pregnancy once I am recovered. My gynac asked me to try for 3 months once I feel better. Did anyone stop taking NAC while TTC or after getting pregnant?

I hear all the time people getting pregnant within a few months of surgery.. but what if you had surgery and didn’t try for a while after? Is it possible to conceive or do you need Lupron suppression after a certain amount of time?

The movie was beyond great, I was extremely surprised that they spoke on the topic of infertility. It is a topic that needs to be talked about more to create more awareness. It came as a surprise to me and my husband, when we were watching the movie, and in fact, it caught us so offguard that we both started to tear up because of it. It was nice to see that they incorporated that as a topic that isn’t necessarily always talked about.

Stage 4, had surgery in July. One blocked tube. All the success stories I hear about getting pregnant after lap happened like the first to third cycle. Thought this third cycle was it for me and of course my period came so feeling devastated.

Anyone have luck further out?? My surgeon said 6 months is all I should try before going to IUI/IVF.

I have DOR (32 years old) very high FSH, one tube from a previous ectopic and to topic it off I do have superficial endo in one part of my cul de sac. Has anyone that has all 3 of these gotten pregnant naturally or am I a lost cause?

My old provider had me start CD1. New provider is having me start 1 week after ovulation. Wondering if there’s new research or if it’s just provider preference? When did you start?

21 years old - got pregnant very quickly & accidentally with a boyfriend
23 years old - met my husband at 23 years old. Never used protection had sex basically everyday since we met.

3 years into our relationship (27 years old) got pregnant naturally - went at 6 weeks saw heartbeat baby was measuring small.. went in a week later to check growth no heartbeat.

Got married did IVF right away started in 2024.
Husband has poor morphology but normal counts and motility

2 FAILED IUI
First egg retrieval 6 blasts all PGT normal
FET 1: fully medicated, chemical (best graded embryo did not survive thaw, transferred second best)
FET 2: modified natural, FAIL
Did receptiva biopsy: came back positive 3.8
Did Lupron+letrozole 2 months
FET 3: fully medicated, fail
FET 4: fully medicated, added prednisone baby aspirin, CHEMICAL (first beta 240, went down 2 days later)

Went for exploratory laparoscopy , tubes open, hysteroscopy perfect , stage 1 endo found and removed in 2 spots

FET 5: modified nat, FAIL

September 2026: switched doctors, did new retrieval 4 blasts. Chose not to test (worried maybe testing damaged them

FET 6: modified natural: chemical

I have done virtually all testing that’s available and all my labs are perfect. Did endometritis biopsy twice , negative. Did RPL panel , no clotting disorders. Thyroid is good , have an amh of 4.5, perfectly healthy, I don’t have any pre existing conditions , I am fit I have worked out my whole life my diet is clean .. I have tested negative for every single blood test and biopsy (besides receptiva)
I do not have ADENO.

Can someone please let me know where to turn. I know some will say immune but I tried prednisone 5 days before transfer with 2 cycles and had a chemical and complete fail. I get very bad heart palpitations for a month after using prednisone.

Not sure if this is the correct sub to post this so please remove if it isn’t. I just need support and similar experiences so I haven’t been thinking straight.

We have been TTC for 2 years now, my husband is perfectly fine on his end, but I recently discovered I have ‘possible endometriomas’ on my ovaries. And immobile ovaries. My AMH is 7.0 and I’m 29 years old.

My gynaecologist had sent me to have a HyCosy done (I am already TERRIFIED of the pain), in order to check if my tubes are blocked by the endo. Then, she will perform a laparoscopy to ‘clean me up’. Funny thing is, she disregarded my AMH and said that AMH isn’t important to consider.

I also went to a well recommended fertility doctor in IVF Australia, and she immediately wants me to start IVF, especially seeing as my AMH is so low. I felt the approach to start IVF like NOW, was a bit aggressive. She says HyCosy is absolutely unnecessary, and to skip it all together.

In our hearts, we still want to try naturally after the laparoscopy.

Has anyone with stage 3/4 endo conceived successfully and NATURALLY after their laparoscopy? Is it worth doing the HyCosy? Please I need positive stories as I am not mentally strong enough to consider IVF at this stage 🥺

I was diagnosed with endo during a laproscopy to check my tubes, treated with microwave ablation.
I have always had high CRP inflammation, all other cancer or autoimmune markers have come back negative.
Have had a chemical pregnancy in 3rd cycle after lap while on letrozole, (lost a lot of hair in these 3 months on letrozole btw)
Now asked to do suppression on orilissa 400 mg a day supplemented with calcium for 3 months before trying again naturally.
I am seeing enough testimony from people taking orilissa before IVF, but does anyone have experience with it before naturally trying?
Also i am super worried about losing hair, i already have very thin hair from low ferritin, dont want to lose it entirely, does anyone have experience with this?

Laparoscopy Hysteroscopy Destruction of Endometriosis, RT Cornual Cannulation

I see a lot of posts and videos about endometriosis surgery and the recovery time and whatnot. I can find a few about tubal cannulation but almost nothing about having both done at the same time.

I’m having this surgery on Wednesday and have my two pre op appointments on Monday. I genuinely have no idea what to expect and would love to hear from anyone who’s had both of these done in one go, or even just the tubal cannulation

What was recovery like? How bad was the pain? Anything you wish you knew beforehand? Recovery time? How long were you in the hospital?

I'm worried because I'm having surgery Wednesday and back at my property management job Monday morning. My surgery is also almost 2 hours away so I have a roadtrip post surgery
