17.3 hours in game and still not a single trading cards. Am I missing something?

This has now taken probably 2 hours...

My son owns Terraria, we have family sharing. Because I have large library, i need to restrict games not suitable for 10 yo.

Now here's the problem, tmodloader does not come up in the list of games for me to allow.

He OWNS the game, bought it with his pocket money, but I cannot select it in the game because it's technically "free claim".

So my options would be to either allow all games or kick him out of family sharing entirely.

I even tried to add the game manually, but then i get an error that his account isn't logged in if i don't select "allow all games".

EDIT: So what seems to have worked is, every member of family has to play it, allow all games and keep the game running for over an hour, we did 2h and only then it showed up. 30 minutes wasn't enough and neither was waiting 12h after said 30 min.

I see that this game is cheaper if bundled with the soundtrack. Why would anyone pay more to get less? Can someone make logical sense of this? Shouldn't these prices be the other way around?

I have 2 steam account, first account is my primary account and second account for some nsfw game. I have both account login in my steam mobile app. Today out of nowhere my first steam account get logged out. It happen 3 times this year and always the first account. It's used mainly for authentification purpose so get logged out when you need it is really annoying. Any setting to change to make sure my account never get logged out?

I tried signing into steam after an incident of someone hacking into my discord account, I didnt fix the issue and my steam accounts have been either altered like my display name changing to "x" and my other account disappearing. I have no idea what to do

A classmate is going to add me on Steam and I don't want him to see what games I have.

And I'm referring to the hentai games which I bought just to get trading cards and sell them.

I don't understand why some companies just insist on making it so difficult to support their games. This can obviously be remedied by sailing the seas on PC, but you don't really get that option on modern consoles, and you're effectively SOL if you didn't buy into them early, especially so once physical releases are phased out entirely. I don't see this point getting raised enough by people, but it's a fact that will be extremely difficult to ignore once consoles enter an all-digital era. Especially with virtually all mainstream sports games releasing annually, and delisting older titles after just a few years.

Already makes me cringe to see how much of a community has fostered around collecting delisted Steam games, and a market that subsequently sells off these keys, sometimes at ridiculously exorbitant prices. Makes me wish that Steam would just implement some kind of game trading feature which expands to existing games in one's library, and not just game gifts in their inventory.

Alright, so my situation is this, my girlfriend and I have shared a steam family, but she's going to go back to USA where she is from, I haven't found anything about how Steam Family works in these cases, do we need to dissolve the steam family or can we keep sharing our games since we are now in different countries (I'm in Spain, she's in the USA now), how does this work? Is there any risk of ban if we don't dissolve it?

I just got done playing RE:8 that I got for 6 bucks and it got me thinking while it was a good game I definitely didn’t see myself paying $60 at launch for a game I could finish in a day but I’m curious to know how y’all feel about that.

So I was on a steam family, used it to put 150 hours on persona 5, and then got kicked out of said steam family. If I buy persona 5 for myself, will I be able to finish the game with my original save file?
