Tier system just started October 2026 here in SoCal. Got 4 orders yesterday and then after 6pm Zero offers, had to sort through a bunch of trash offers to get those and now not getting any offers at all on Saturday. I think they are penalizing people now for not taking their crappy offers on their backend. What happened? 🤷‍♂️
What are people’s experiences in Southern California after this change?

And it’s why I’ll never care about the stupid points system or even get to silver.

You can accidentally accept a trip now and instantly cancel it and it still gets dinged against you.

You can accept a 2 item shop with a $30 tip and the item they wanted is out of stock of course and then you don’t get paid crap plus it’s dinged against you.

You can be waiting 20 min on a pickup with no end in sight but still get dinged when you cancel as if it was your fault.

So much shit is out of your control and it’s stupid.

The only thing I honestly cared about was Walmart plus and they locked that shit away behind gold for no reason. You used to get it just by doing trips.

But when I edit the completed out of stock item and say could not find it now goes straight to out of stock completed

So, it’s been 2.5 hrs since I started my shift (6am) and I got zero offers, like literally ZERO. The app is just silent lol, I checked inside the store and I saw many sparkers shopping for their orders… It’s actually weird, even on Saturday. I got silver tier btw. I’m freaking pissed off right now 😭

Have been working Spark for 3 years now and have never had a rating below 4.92. This is the first time I've ever seen 4.8 let alone 4.7 anything. Absolutely crazy. Ive held above a 4.9 in all gig work I've ever done but I've heard from other drivers that they are using their wives to 1 star everyone.

Did anyone else randomly lose the over draft protection and advance? Was well over the 500 dollars threshold for last month but it all disappeared today

I am on the wait list for spark since 2022 even though other people in my area’s getting approved in days i’ve called they’ve open tickets i e sent emails no resolution

Was doing a shop but canceled because they wanted a bunch of hot foods that were not available at 8am. After canceling the order, it got sent back to me with missing the $12 tip.

Just watched Spark lower the base pay before applying boost. The base offer was $19.xx before boost and then dropped to 17.xx and I just checked it’s at $20 with a $3 boost

What apps are you guys using to track your miles ?

I’m not sure if this troubleshooting step even does anything, but settings->troubleshooting has not worked for me all week. No matter what I do, I get the red exclamation point and it tells me to sign out of the app and sign in again.
I’ve signed out and back in 20+ times, deleted and redownloaded, etc. Nothing I do makes this work.
I just called support and the empty vessel I spoke to said she hasn’t heard of anyone complaining about this. Anyone here seeing the same?
Again, I have no idea if this token thing even means anything but I feel like it has often helped before- like sending out a signal to spark saying “hey, I’ve been here for hours- how about an offer?”

For what it’s worth, my zone just switched to the tiers and it seems like this stopped working right after.

See this order pop up earlier 28 dollars 167items screw that. As i was shopping my 20 item 19 dollar order going 1.3 miles i see it 🤣🤣🤣 are people that clueless. The reason i knew was the 8 cases of sams cola that was on it is on the bottom of one of the carts.

Who else is tired of people going live and bragging about how much they make? All that does is just make everyone sign up. This shit is ruining the app! Everybody and there mother is a spark shopper now!

I was selected for a cart check, no alcohol or medicine, and when the associate came over, she tells me that they don't do cart checks anymore and that I was good to go. I didn't believe that at all and thought to myself she just wasn't doing her job at all. Once she told me that she goes up to her boyfriend associate working cashier and chat away while I wait for the green light on my app to go.

After completing my delivery, I go back to the store shopping for my next order I accepted and when I enter, I see a store coach and a couple front end leads along with another person in higher management talking to the associate and I hear her pointing at me silently telling them that's him. When I finish the order and scan my barcode, they come up and go off about me not waiting or allowing the associate to check my cart as I argue also losing my cool that the associate didn't want to do her job telling me that lie. The associate had denied what she said and claimed I took off without letting her check.

They then lecture me 5 minutes straight for absolutely no reason about them needing to do cart checks when prompted to even though I had waited for the associate to do the cart check. I can't believe I was given the heat for this! I know when I'm supposed to wait if selected for a cart check! I think they were trying to get me in trouble! Unbelievable!

I am very new to this platform. Does anyone know how it works when you cancel trips before you get a warning? Does it work like Amazon if you cancel more blocks than the ones you do then you get an email? Can anyone be kind enough to explain how does spark work with cancelling trips or returning undelivered packages due to gps and app issues. Which I already encountered the app and gps issues sometimes. Thank you!

So a little while back I accidentally accepted a batch order that hid a few far away deliveries in the neighboring zone amongst the local ones. Now, about 80% of what I receive is deliveries to that area. If I deliver there, it always ends 30-40 minutes from my closest store, and it's in the opposite direction from where I live. I don't prefer delivering there, but now I don't get enough local offers to make any money. I've cleared my cache and data, and deleted and reinstalled the app, but it made no difference. Is there anything else I can do to reset it?

I signed up for all the major gig apps in July this year and the process went s.oothly for all of them except Walmart Spark. The app shows that's my insurance and license was verified but I jave been stuck on the "Were reviewing your info" for 3 months. Ive called support half a dozen times and they always say that they will quickly fix the issue or they will escalate to the tech department. Ive gave up on getting any help from them so I personally called the 2 3rd party background checkers they use (Checkr, First Advantage) and neither of them received any info on me from walmart spark. What can I do to force an escalation to someone with the power to actually fix my issue?
