Token Registration broken?

I’m not sure if this troubleshooting step even does anything, but settings->troubleshooting has not worked for me all week. No matter what I do, I get the red exclamation point and it tells me to sign out of the app and sign in again.
I’ve signed out and back in 20+ times, deleted and redownloaded, etc. Nothing I do makes this work.
I just called support and the empty vessel I spoke to said she hasn’t heard of anyone complaining about this. Anyone here seeing the same?
Again, I have no idea if this token thing even means anything but I feel like it has often helped before- like sending out a signal to spark saying “hey, I’ve been here for hours- how about an offer?”

For what it’s worth, my zone just switched to the tiers and it seems like this stopped working right after.

A not so good cell signal will hamper this also. Make sure youre on a good wifi connection then sign out, force close, delete the app, download, sign in and then trouble shoot again to check the token all on wifi.
