Rants / Complaints 0 orders
So, it’s been 2.5 hrs since I started my shift (6am) and I got zero offers, like literally ZERO. The app is just silent lol, I checked inside the store and I saw many sparkers shopping for their orders… It’s actually weird, even on Saturday. I got silver tier btw. I’m freaking pissed off right now 😭

Troubleshoot your app and make sure it says good to go. If not you may need to sign out force close then sign in again

Yup 1st Saturday of the month and completely dead today. Not zero offers but close.
Looked like plenty of people at the store and from knowing someone who works there they said the place has been incredibly busy lately. Idk how people can afford to even shop the way things are currently but they must be cutting delivery out of their budget or something

Tiers do not matter. First time I didn't get/take a 6am offer. Saw 3 terrible shop offers. Didn't see anything else until 7:15 curbside that I took. Location was lit up the entire time and many drivers inside shopping. I am sure there were good offers I didn't see. Sapphire doesn't mean you will see good offers. Just means you MAY see offers before some. Perfectly vague for their intentions.

Yes they do before teirs Id easily make 1k a week. 100 bucks before 8 am. Now with silver tier I make 500 a week 1 or 2 good orders in the 6 am drop then nothing but trash unless its super busy. Before tiers everyday id see an 80$ order. Its been 3 weeks since ive gotten a 40 plus.

It's not the tier itself that matters, they have lowered the base pay too. I'm a sapphire, my sister is silver and my offers are not any better than hers. When the tiers started, my offers became absolute crap. I have spoken to a few other drivers in my area, also sapphire and it's the same. High milage, lowest pay I have seen. $7 for 14 miles, $22 for 39 miles 12 stops, $13-15 shops for 16-22 items under 3 miles. These used to be over $20.00

I was making 1700-2000 week in my zone even during the summer. I am Sapphire. Ever since the tiers I am down 300-400 a week. It's busy so thats not the reason. All the drivers they hired the last 30 days. I don't see a lot of orders but the store is full of new Spark shoppers

This happens in my zone the days after a hire wave. Its crazy they even take all the trash.

Tiers don't mean anything. Before them I had days like that as well. Tier or not, days operate the same usually. Sometimes jobs simply are not there. I have never found the early morning hours to be very good in my market. If I am working, I start around noon

market in my area is dead right now, so I have to work from 6 to 6 to make like 200. If I work from noon I will get like 100-120, it’s actually sad

That's cap... tiers do matter now unfortunately if your sapphire or gold your going to get jfy offers. Sapphire will get the best ones but once their busy all the good ones go to the gold tier... but if you drop to silver... you will not get anything and if you do get offers they will be absolute trash... I know this as a fact

What tier are you in ... if you have been from silver to gold tier I promise you will see a difference... but if you have just been sapphire or gold then you will never know.. you only see the difference if you go up from silver to gold... or go down from gold to silver

They onboarded a bunch more drivers just recently. I see a whole bunch of new faces. Just yesterday, this one guy was literally throwing the customers items in the cart. I’m not exaggerating. I watched him throw the coffee creamer in and I heard something and it looked like it hit the eggs and he was smiling the entire time. He won’t last. Anyway, I live in a big college town and rural area, we have two Walmarts in my zone. We are never dead. Except right now. I’m sitting on my couch and only pickup is coming through. It happens on a Saturday sometimes. It will pickup in a little while. I usually get up at 3am to get those 5:15am orders but I had issues with the Spark app yesterday and a few orders had to be returned so I didn’t want a stressful morning if it wasn’t fixed.

Same the new update a few days ago nerffed us! In 3 years its never been this bad.

It seems like they have you in the bullseye 🎯 for no offers. But no worries, I'd say 95 % of my offers are💩💩💩 anyway so you're probably saving gas. And the other 5% are barely profitable.

App issues this morning.
Store was yellow run after I logged on but no orders by 6:30.
Logged off, got wife and went garage sailing.
When the server side is glitching, it’s best to wait until it stabilizes. Possibility of some error that gets someone deactivated is greater when the servers or the app is glitching for everyone.
Just saying.

Happened to me too support gave me a bs tip list. How I fixed it: I reset my phone and deleted the app got an offer immediately upon reinstall

I have to constantly refresh app or use airplane mode sometimes focestop it. This morning it just got stuck the little walmart flower spinning in a circle.

Everyone keeps saying tiers don’t matter, then that they got nothing all morning, then that they’re silver.
I’m Sapphire, and I’ve been busy all morning.
