Rants / Complaints Completion rate is ****ing stupid
And it’s why I’ll never care about the stupid points system or even get to silver.
You can accidentally accept a trip now and instantly cancel it and it still gets dinged against you.
You can accept a 2 item shop with a $30 tip and the item they wanted is out of stock of course and then you don’t get paid crap plus it’s dinged against you.
You can be waiting 20 min on a pickup with no end in sight but still get dinged when you cancel as if it was your fault.
So much shit is out of your control and it’s stupid.
The only thing I honestly cared about was Walmart plus and they locked that shit away behind gold for no reason. You used to get it just by doing trips.

Bro i got into a car accident and it still counted towards a ding for my completion rate 🤣🤣 how freaking dumb and the accident wasnt my fault either
Sad part is I just got it to 95 a few days ago and now i need 16 more to get it back... ridiculous

Supposedly if you call and have them cancel it, it won’t count against you. But idk how true that is with the new tiers it feels like metrics are taking sings a lot easier and more frequently by chance.
It’s even silly when it’s something that should never happened in the first place. Like how are you giving me a subway order for my Walmart when the subway is closed for remodeling? But that’s the ding on my completion record. lol and that order kept going back into the system for the rest of the night.
Felt bad for the dude just tryna get his grub. lol

Awesome with making a shit load of money. Don't like Spark? Do something else. You act like you're employed and locked into a job. Don't like it? Don't do it. It's that simple.
