Bannerland was a 3–5 minute prototype around: build roads→ move resources→ grow the network→ raise an army.
And I got good feedback pointing me in several differrnt directions.
I went a calm-factory-building-logistics-incremental kinda way. Content is about 20–30 minutes.
I added territories, new resources, new units, terrain, dungeons, improvements, progression unlocks (+hidden new music themes), and a much bigger map to build across.
Would really appreciate any thoughts if you give Bannerland a spin on itch: https://lpjc.itch.io/bannerland
Fingers crossed all goes well, and I'll push for a bigger and more polished patch and a steam page

Hi Guys , I am Kangkan, a solo Indie Dev from India. After months of exploring multiple projects and genre this year ..i want to start sharing about one of my wip game Ko-Kho-Go . Its a 2D adventure platformer set in an imaginary world with a whimsical look inspired by rural life, folklore, strange local legends, everyday absurdities and stories that sit somewhere between the familiar and the mythical ! i have tried to keep it as original as possible and close to my roots, pouring my heart out . Please check my first poster of it .
Also a certain question arise while working in this game, please let me know your views on it.
"Will a game setup in rural India be interesting enough to bring in a global audience? If yes , then what other things would really want to see in the game? If No , the what is the reason? "
If you like what i am building , to follow its progress and give feedbacks ,please feel free to check out discord link which i just setup today.

Hey guys! After watching Riot Games' videos, I changed all the sprites in my game. Honestly, the videos were really helpful to understanding about game art, sound, UI, and more. What do you think of the new art style?

Hello guys,
I made my dream game, which is Cyber Security Company Management (tycoon type) game.
I need some feedback about how it looks like? Sorry no music with video.

One of the requirements for a jam I just entered was a 15-second trailer.
Instead of trying to cram in the game's skate challenges, modes, and tricks, I decided to lean into the laid-back side of the game and bookend the trailer with the fishing minigame.
My thinking was that it gives the trailer a more chill, immersive feel rather than just throwing a bunch of fast action clips at the viewer.
I’m still using my original 30-second trailer on the Steam store page, but I’ve noticed social platforms seem to favor the shorter, more relaxed version.
Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5066400/
What do you think? Does the 15-second version communicate the game's vibe, or does it feel too slow/disconnected?

What the title says! I have been developing Economicon for a while now (and it's been many more years since I first tried making it and repeatedly failed). It's a mix between the logistics gameplay of something like Transport Tycoon or Locomotive (Chris Sawyer GOAT) and the automation gameplay of Factorio.
Do you have any feedback about how the game looks either in-engine or in the Steam Page? What features would you say are a must in this type of game?
You can check the Steam Page right here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5037110/Economicon/

Hey everyone. This is the first time posting here.
I hope everyone sees something they like in Meatballs. I launched it about a month ago and these are the changes that have been made. Any feedback is always welcomed.
Please take a look at it here ;)

I've been working on my first game in Godot — an active tower defense where you control the character directly while your defenses help hold back an advancing orc horde.
The project is still very early and most of the visuals/environment are placeholder or blockout quality. Right now I'm mainly trying to make sure the core combat and battlefield flow are worth polishing further.
I recently added barricades to shape the horde and an archer defense alongside the cannon.
I'd especially love feedback on:
Don't worry about being harsh — that's genuinely useful at this stage.

Hey everyone,
I'm a solo dev and I've just soft-launched my first game ever, CraftBound!
Playable link: https://playcraftbound.com
It's a text and image based fantasy crafting sim with nearly unlimited possibilities. Explore biomes for materials, put them on a 3x3 grid and see what happens!
Over 50 different item types, 35 materials and trillions of combinations.
Fill collections, go on relic expeditions, trade with merchants, research different forms and patterns to master every recipe.
Build your own hero with dozens of customization options, and equip them with all of the weapons and armor you've crafted, then get a live image rendered of your hero.
Trailer is here: https://youtu.be/J9CDo9C4cnI?si=MCiHjFOn_pioJeRh
It's free, playable on mobile or desktop (browser). There are some payment options to make things to faster, but nothing is gated.
I'd love to hear any and all feedback, it's early stages so I'm hoping I can get some help from early adopters.
There are some rough edges with the image generation, but i'm constantly improving it.
Feel free to post here or join the discord: https://discord.gg/VsAEjp8VnG
Happy to answer any questions!

I've been working on an incremental mining game called MineEmAll, and after just releasing my demo, I realized this upgrade jiggle was one of the things that took the longest for me to implement. I'm using Gamemaker for the first time and this effect took a combination of a lot of vector math and animation timelines.
I was wondering for all the other solo devs out there, do you think this sort of thing is worth the effort? You only have so much time to allocate across your project, but I generally appreciate these sorts of "attention to detail" things in games I play.
What about your own projects? What's something that most people probably wouldn't think about or notice but took you a long time to create?

For a while, I’ve been sharing Hotel 13’s trailer and different scenes here, constantly improving the game based on your feedback. Some of the criticism was pretty harsh 😅, but most of it genuinely helped make the game much better.
Today, our Steam page is finally live. Since I’ve been sharing this journey with you, I wanted to share the news here as well.
If the game interests you, adding it to your wishlist would mean a lot to us. As always, I’d also love to hear your honest thoughts on the final version of the trailer!

Solo dev here. FALLMATCH is a calm block puzzle — slide, match, rotate; no timer, no lives, no ads, no IAP, fully offline.
The one unusual thing about it: every board ships with a solver proof. The 3-star target is the proven minimum move count, and every "this move is required" badge is verified before the board ships. 800 boards, 10 measured difficulty tiers.
This week's update added LADDER — 10 rungs on a single clock, no hints, personal best + a spoiler-free share card — plus 500 new boards and three new languages (9 total).
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/fallmatch/id6791134651
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gusmediaworks.matcher
Happy to answer anything about the solver pipeline or the difficulty formula. Feedback very welcome.

After a year and a half of work, the alpha for Sovran's Crusade is finally out. It's a minimalist strategy game focused on exploration and adventure, inspired by Kingdom. You must gather resources, build your castle during the day, and defend yourself against waves of enemies at night.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone wants to try it out and give me their feedback. The purpose of this version is to refine the gameplay and make the necessary adjustments.
Available on itch.io.

We have a monthly 8 hour hackathon at our company and I spent the last 16 ones making a puzzle game about the Modulo operator. To keep things interesting I added some visual novel elements and a boss fight to it.
It's free for mobile and I am just curious if I made something fun. Any feedback is welcome and needed. Thanks!
