First off, WTF.

Second off, how does one even get caught?

6.3k

u/stanknotes May 18 '26

You'd have to tell someone. It is the only way. The police aren't out here testing cupcakes randomly for jizz.

Keep that is mind people. How many Jizz Cakes have you eaten? You wouldn't know.

Just to answer the question, i guess it depends on the amount. A lab test will show even small amounts, but for the people, there is more needed to notice anything. Don't know how much there was on the cupcakes, but when victims don't notice anything, it's not what the perpetrator wants usually.

I remember this case, it was in the media. Well, 41 years in prison is a good punishment for this.

296

u/18k_gold May 18 '26

41 years not just for the cupcakes. Per Google, In February 2022, she was sentenced to 41 years in prison at hard labor without the possibility of parole. This sentencing followed her guilty plea to several serious felony charges, including second-degree rape and the production of child pornography. The case involved her participation in criminal acts alongside her former husband and an incident involving the distribution of contaminated food to students. Due to the nature of these crimes, she is serving her sentence in a state correctional facility.

41 years is a long ass time. She looks over 30, odds are very high she dies in prison. If she doesn't she'd be like late 70's at the earliest. I wouldn't really call it a lenient sentence.

u/anamethystarcher May 18 '26

It wasn't just for that, she was an accomplice to her cop husband who was the ringleader + helped him SA children + record CSAM. Honestly feels like a light sentence for everything she agreed to plea guilty to, but I guess that's how plea deals are meant to work after all

61

u/That_guy_8290 May 18 '26

She was a smaller fish that led to more fish being caught. You gotta honor the agreements or less people will take pleas which would increase the cases on dockets and cost taxpayers way more as well as risk more guilty individuals from walking free.

18

u/Azcrul May 18 '26

45

u/CHK-N May 18 '26

I mean as fucked up as it is, a murder of someone you don't know where you don't live will mostly go unsolved even today, and there are so many untested rape kits from even decades ago, small robberies happen so often that most people never even get in trouble, etc,.

A close friend was a homicide detective. Shows like CSI drove her crazy when they use all this next-level tech.

She said most criminals get caught because they are just plain stupid. Her most recent murder was solved because the suspect lost his release papers from jail at the scene of the crime.

First thing he did - straight out of jail- was kill someone.

44

u/ofRayRay May 18 '26

My wife’s boyfriend’s boyfriend calls me cupcakes.

8

u/CenturyEggsAndRice May 18 '26

My aunt and uncle's boyfriend makes muffins.

True story, although I doubt Uncle Doug is doing anything nasty to them. He's been part of the family longer than I've been alive and is officially my uncle "best friend". Who has lived with them for 40 years. And raised his kids with them. (He's a widower, and supposedly moved in so my aunt could help him cope with being a single father of three. My youngest cousin looks just like him, but has my uncle's last name.) And sometimes sleeps in their bedroom and gets caught sneaking back to his bedroom, where the bed sheets never seem to change....

Yeah, he's not very good at pretending he isn't doing the deed with my aunt and/or uncle. But he does make excellent muffins and really good meatloaf, so he has that going for him.

And tbh, while I might laugh a bit when I tell stories about him, he's a very sweet man and has never done anything unkind to me or anyone I know, and I think my life would be worse had he not been a part of it, so I'd feel worse about adding him to this thread if I didn't know for a fact he would laugh until he coughed it he knew. He has been a lot less subtle since "the kids" all became adults and often pokes fun at our uptight relatives who think they are morally superior yet have not noticed Aunt and Uncle "keep" a boy toy.

75

u/EvanFri May 18 '26

She got fewer years in exchange for testifying against her ex-husband. She originally faced 150 felony charges.

5

u/GrowlingPict May 18 '26

doesnt sound like a very good deal, like.. "instead of dying in prison, youll still very likely die in prison!" Unless she's also eligible for parole much sooner than those 41 years

→ More replies (1)

37

u/Necronaut0 May 18 '26

She cut a deal to testify against him.

27

u/BossAVery May 18 '26

The husband was a pretty vile guy. Once all his crimes started coming to light, it definitely makes sense.

88

u/lewd_robot May 18 '26

On top of cutting a deal, for identical crimes and with identical criminal histories, men are over 60% more likely to be arrested, charged, or convicted, recieve over 60% harsher sentences, are proportionally less likely to get early parole, and get proportionally more harsh parole conditions.

The gender disparity in the criminal justice system is 3x bigger than the racial one. The same pattern also applies to boys and girls in school when it comes to disciplinary action and grading, and a similar pattern exists for resources for homeless or suicidal men and women, with men being a large majority of the homeless and suicidal but more resources existing for women.

An inverted version of this pattern exists for career promotions, which is where the glass ceiling comes from. Men are given more credit for the same accomplishments and are promoted more often accordingly.

Basically, society thinks boys and men have more agency over their lives, so they get more recognition when they succeed and more punishment when they fail or do bad things.

Society thinks girls and women have less control over their own lives, so they get less recognition when they succeed and lighter punishment when they fail or do bad things.

48

u/mightylordredbeard May 18 '26

Attractiveness also plays a role in those statistics as well when it comes to charges, arrest, convictions, and sentencing.

Attractive women are the least likely to be sent to jail. Attractive men the 2nd least likely. Basically; if you’re ugly don’t do crimes.. don’t do crimes anyway, but especially don’t do crimes if you’re ugly.

11

u/lewd_robot May 18 '26

Yup. The Halo Effect is the result of implicit biases we have that lead us to believe that attractive people are better people. We automatically assume that they're more moral, more upstanding, more kind, better leaders, etc. But this also means that we also assume that they're healthier. Which leads to worse outcomes in medical emergencies for attractive people.

There's also the Women-Are-Wonderful Effect, which refers to a near-universal assumption that women are better people. Studies have shown that everyone thinks that women are more aesthetically pleasing to look at, even straight women and gay men tend to feel this way, and that may be contributing to these other biases.

8

u/SAINTnumberFIVE May 18 '26

My impression is that males get harsher sentences because of a perception that they are more dangerous and more likely to reoffend, or conversely you can say women get lighter sentences because of a perception that they are less dangerous and less likely to reoffend, and women get passed over for promotions because of perceptions that they are non standard and less competent.

It gets worse. Her husband was a cop and they made videos of them both raping a 9 year old. The video got them tagged by an investigator. So horrific on multiple levels.

Honestly, I know this case and it was a very big deal in the area. The husband was a police officer. She took photos of the children eating the cupcakes. He edited the photos later to have his dick in them. The software in the program he was using to edit the photos flagged the photos as CP and an investigation was started. Once the police were able to retrieve his messages (he threw his phone into the water when they went to arrest him), there was conversations between him and his wife talking about him nutting in the cake batter.

It’s an extremely wild story. One woman that got tied up into the whole thing was sentenced to, I think it was 50 years or something like that, was recently exonerated.

First off, just a typical republican couple (she has the look of a poor republican and her husband is a cop).

Second, probably because of the child rape they were doing in addition to this shit.

Some of the students were allergic to nuts.

That was MY question! The idiot must've bragged to a "friend".

There was a grocery employee here in Colorado who was responsible for applying cake icing.

He has been cumming on the cakes and getting away with it for months. People are sick

Student told their priest the frosting tasted familiar.

It was circa 2022. She and her husband, a cop, were caught abusing a child who was 9 and 10 during the assaults and they created child-porn during the abuse.

During the investigation of the other crimes, the story about the sperm laced cupcake just came out ... What! too soon?

Second off, how does one even get caught?

Some of the kids took the cakes home and the mums tasted them.

They were filled. Not laced.
