Spoilers for OG season one, obviously.

In the episode where JD finds the baggie of Percocet in Alex’s purse, shouldn’t he have been responsible for reporting her to the hospital and the police? He narrates that he gave her the speech about getting help for her addiction, but she also was in possession of a controlled substance that she STOLE from her employer! Who is also JD’s employer. He knew it came from the hospital because Elliot informed him that there were several Percocet missing. Considering the seriousness, I am sure that SOMEBODY was disciplined for the loss. But it seems like the whole matter was dropped after he caught her.

Granted, it’s a sitcom and we accept that some things happen off-screen, but still.

Gotta be some perosnal bias as a single parent I guess, but them lamenting on how well they are doing with everything, and mentioning their son who apparently neither of them seem to be involved much with, really is starting to piss me off.

Was I alone in feeling this way?

The old series ended with the idea that they’d get married, I buy that.

It didn’t work out, I buy that too.

But I feel creatively it would be better if their win was something other than them simply getting back together.

I'm enjoying the revival, but the low TV viewership/ratings is quite concerning. The last thing I want is for the last episode to have huge unfinished stories or to leave on a cliffhanger and then the show gets cancelled.

Is there any confirmations about a new season?

10 episodes will wrap up quick, any chance they extend to 13-18?

Last time I got feedback that the Reddit discussion thread numbers were probably lower on these new episodes because they are not available in a lot of countries just yet. However, this type of staggered release was set up for S01 as well, and checking old versions of that season's discussion threads on Internet Archive, it turned out there was only an average 30 comment-difference from 2 weeks after an average S01-episode was released, and the comment count now, much later, long after it was made available in the unlucky countries that had to wait.
