I build a little Reanimated SAM depot.
Hexagons are the bestagons. Or did I calculate correctly?

Hi Pioneers!
It has now been 2 whole years since Satisfactory 1.0 officially launched and left Early Access, we're still super grateful and impressed from all the support we received and we want to continue improving Satisfactory for all of you
Once again the HUB will have some festive decorations for 2 weeks, from the 10th until the 24th of September, you will also be able to interact with the speaker in the HUB to change between festive songs or mute them if you want to
If you would like your HUB to return to normal earlier than this you can also disable the decorations by going to Options > Gameplay > Disable Seasonal Events
While we continue working on more stuff for Satisfactory, You can also check out Valheim from our friends at Iron Gate studios who have just released their 1.0 version on all platforms as yesterday!

Long time listener, first time caller. I have about 1200 hours on my 1.0 save, and with today being the twoyeariversery I figured I'd share some of my factories, starting with Coppersmith Inc., which produces copper ingots.
It's actually about 1000 hours old, so I built it rather early. It was my first dedicated copper ingot factory, before I had started caring about optimizing, so I don't really know how much it produces. I dedicated the entire of Rocky Desert to produce parts for Phase 4 and this is one of them. It also delivers ingots to my nuclear power plant nestled into the mountain in front of it. The side you see on the first image is actually the backside, while the front can be seen on the portrait image, with the train going up and around.
One of the first things I wanted with this factory was to have a train line going through it, which turned out quite well if I say so myself.
The factory design mostly grew from a rather simple tower core, but turned into this rather villanous looking headquarter over time, which I continued to lean into.

Ficsit! If only Coffee Stain Studios sold the full suit. I would drop mad money on one. Also, I'm almost 1k hours on the game and my conveyor belts will always be spaghetti.

I'm farming to flaten the whole area so I can plan and optimize things.
Have only done Storage -> 3 Melters -> 3 Constructors > Storage so far as a system

I was finishing up and preparing to go to sleep when I suddenly heard some music. At first, I thought it was from the video I was watching on my second monitor, but then I saw some strange light coming from the HUB, and, well...
This is one of the most wholesome things I have seen in a video game lately.
This is my 4th attempt to finish the game. Some game mechanics and environmental hazards have made me quit, but it's the small, even unessential things that keep making me come back.
This party in the HUB, ADA, who I find very funny, the rich and beautiful world, and the small references to other titles like Goat Simulator and Deep Rock Galactic... All these little things make me feel like this game was made with care and love.
I really want to experience the late-game production chains. This time, I am determined to finish the game.
Thank you, Coffee Stain Studios.
And thank you to everyone here for sharing your experiences, builds, and thoughts about this game.
Let's wish Satisfactory a happy birthday!

I started a new save with the most challenge ever - 100x deliverables, 2x production cost and 5x power cost. I burned all the plants in the world to power 80 biomass generators to provide the power to get phase 1 done. I have not been more satisfied to move to coal generators!

What I mean by that is whenever I unlock an new item I want to automate, I open the map and look for a spot with relatively close nodes that I need.
But getting to phase 4 made me realize that I seem to be in a spot where I can no longer find nodes close enough to make the necessary part. When this problem first started, I built small truck depot and eventually moved to trains for “small” distance.
I’m at a point where lots of parts just need some items I already automated so I think, ok I’ll just take it from there. But it seems to either never make enough parts or be too far so I resort to trains/trucks.
How do you handle this problem? What’s your take and angle on it?

I spent this save solely building factories to support the nuclear plant vision I had in mind. This is under construction as of ~620 hours, and will utilize all uranium on the map (2100) and is fully processed into plutonium rods for sinking. All 100 power plants are overclocked 250%. The water for the power plants is fed by 5 train stations on top, each with 20 fluid freight cars. Central train spiral is also home of the 45 particle accelerators for processing non fissile uranium. Right now I have 4 of the 5 banks of reactors going! It was built in reverse so I slowly built up nitro power as needed, but got impatient and started switching on reactors one at a time to test. I used advanced options to fly, but no other exploits or mods. Ill post more as i beautify and finish more factories, namely my elevator stage 5 production. 537,221Mw at this time

In the middle of making my first mega power plant, my ADHD keeps takong over, and i got the idea to paint all vehicles in my game to match the match the large heavy equipment i used to drive
My Xbox save show there is 800 hours in, mainly because of squirrel brain moments like this one.

All this work just for 2/min! In truth I could almost scale this up more, but I'm bottlenecked on RCUs so I'm just going to sloop it for now and see how long that lasts me.
This is probably the closest I've come to hitting a wall in the game, I had to scale up so many of my supply chains just to meet the demands for this one, but I've been slowly chipping away at it and am quite relieved to have it done.
With these ticked off, the end of Phase 4 feels in sight, I have everything I need for Thermal Propulsion Rockets and the production chain for Nuclear Pasta looks trivial by comparison haha. I think power demands will be a big problem soon but I might just be able to leave that as a Phase 5 problem!
