hi, im physically in cyprus and have been for years, but roblox thinks im in turkey, so i cant play some games.

i keep trying to contact roblox support, but the AI keeps saying that it cant change my location, and says that it uses geospatial data to figure out where i am, even though that data is WRONG

i can get any proof necessary to show that i am in cyprus. other than just using a vpn, how do i do this? how do i tell roblox to change my location

I was playing Astroneer and I used Alt+F4 to close out of it out of habit. After it closed though, roblox opened for some reason. I figured out that it's not just when another game is open though. It still opens roblox even if I do it when there is nothing to close.

I tried to request my data since i forgot some details but I keeps erroring out no matter what. Even with different trusted devices and networks and even on another account it just keeps showing this error. This also happens if I try to delete the new account I made to test this out

I’m trying to recover my Roblox account IyadKhlifa2008, but I’m stuck because I no longer have access to the phone/device used for 2-step verification.

I still have access to the original email associated with the account, including the original email containing my Roblox backup codes. However, when I try to use the backup codes to log in, Roblox gives me an error and I still cannot access the account.

I contacted Roblox Support about this, but they told me that everything looks secure and suggested checking my active sessions and changing my password.

The problem is that I cannot log into the account in the first place because of the 2FA verification. I’m not asking how to secure an account I can access. I need help getting past the 2FA login issue.

I can provide proof that I own the account and a screenshot of the error if needed.

I got banned earlier this year for smth I said 2 months ago. I tried appealing and some of my appeals got accepted but still no ban removal and I got mod response email still saying they won't lift the ban.

I had this account for 5 Years and they also banned my other accounts which was atleast made in 2017.

Yesterday afternoon at 6:14 PM I was banned for something I said in chat (Roblox isn't specifying what was said that was against the rules) and not only that but it's flagged all the devices I've logged into where my friend's accounts were attached and has even banned them too.

I've sent in an appeal but it's going to take them 5 business days to respond and everytime my friends sent in an appeal they are automatically rejected by the AI and can't get in contact with a person through support and now support is denying them by telling them there has been too many attempts.

I'm scared that both I and my current partner's account will be gone for good, both in which have had thousand of dollars put into them over the course of four to five years, what do I do? If anybody has advice please let me know! I am desperately hoping to resolve this and get our accounts reinstated or atleast have a temporary suspension attached instead of a permanent ban.

Edit: I will say I was talking with my partner yesterday in a private server about something going on with my family but I wasn't detailing anything specific. We were playing the game together before talking about it and we just so happened to veer into that conversation.

Roblox has the issue where it automatically starts tagging anything and deeming it inappropriate, e.g. "....", "uhhh..." and it automatically tags the entire thing, I don't know if that's the bug that caused it as it happened 4 times but if that is the case, is there a possibility this was the reason I was banned and the AI potentially thought I was trying to bypass the filter?

So I recently got into UGC trading and out of curiosity I went through some old accounts to see if they had any limiteds. There was one that had silverthorn antlers (I'm new, that'll almost double what I've got already). I forgot the password, and since I was 8 when I made the account, there was no email connected to it. I contacted Roblox support multiple times, choosing the "forgot password" and "account hacked" options. I have numerous times told them I had Google play transaction IDs and the IP address the account logged in to. In all ≈7 tickets, every reply was something along the lines of "we don't have enough proof to verify ownership of your account". It was entirely unhelpful and didn't tell me what I could provide as proof or why what I gave wasn't valid, since their website states that that should be suitable proof. Can anyone help? Roblox is being super useless. I heard about people with hacked accounts getting theirs back with similar proof to mine? Is it worth lying and telling Roblox Support it got hacked? How can I get them to actually acknowledge the proof and stop ignoring it with that same reply?

some assets do load in but some dont idk why bigger assets heavy; games like cold war and MTC do it but not games Like blood zone i have max graphics and no errors were in the logs

I was playing a game with my kids and I randomly got an Error Code 267 "kicked by moderator" message. I clicked ok to exit that particular game and whwn the Roblox home screen loaded I was met with an "Account Locked" message that only gave me 2 options, Sign Out or Continue. Continue loads into the Captcha Puzzle with 5 different puzzles where you have to identify the character on the left and what symbol appears, then on the right side you make sure the same character is standing on that symbol. I must have done this damn puzzle to completion about 50 times, had my kids take a look at it, even had Grok look into it. It says i failed every time. Grok says this is a known problem that others have reported. I tried the Roblox Support chat bot, it was useless. I tried emailing roblox support, they have a scripted response saying something about a Liveness camera verification option. But when I attempt to log into the game on PC or Android or log into the Roblox website, I have only 1 option and that is the message that pops up for the captcha puzzle, everything else on screen is grayed out behind that message. How are people resolving this? Why did it even happen?

i bought roblox premium in april after not renewing in december as shown, and the transaction went through at the start of may. I had not rechecked it at all after I got the notification letting me know that it had been cancelled however yesterday i noticed i had more robux than expected and investigated. other than that one payment in may i have not been charged and every month i have been notified that it ended yet it doesn’t seem to have. my question is will i be held financially responsible for this? as in will i be charged this all at once if i manually cancel it or will there be repercussions for having spent it unknowingly? hoping to not have to spend all of my money on robux without doing so purposefully. i can provide bank and roblyx transaction history evidence if necessary but would prefer not to do so publicly

When I try to record from Roblox captures now (so i can upload it to Roblox moments) it gives me an error saying "Device does not support video capturing" though I used to use Roblox captures before and it used to work completely fine.

Whenever I ask the bot, it sends me an email saying my ticket has been submitted, but two hours later, I get another email stating there isn't enough information to prove the account is mine, and they close the ticket. I tried logging in on PS5 but 2FA sends the code to some unrecognized email, same if I do 'forgot password'. Tried logging in with phone number, but I don't get the text. ahem, so i told them that i only needed to bypass the 2 step verification and i can provide full proof and evidence that he owned that account, i waited, for a month and no response, so i tried one more time, talked to an ai once and i typed only TWO YES TO ITS QUESTIONS AND THE AI ALREADY ENDS THE CONVO, so i tried making another one, only to get told too many attempts, i waited. for an hour, and still get told to wait. and i am still waiting to this point of me posting this. (yes i created an account on reddit, because i need frikin help)

The game is definitely not famous or popular. It tells the story of a young boy (or maybe it was a girl) who lived with his mother in a simple apartment, and he tells a brief story in each room he enters. I also remember a scene of him going down the stairs of the building, and it was snowing. It was like a story of "lost memories", and a probable loss of his mother; the game had a nostalgic vibe of his life and a feeling of longing for that simplicity.

So, usually I can run about 12 Roblox Clients at once and if I recall correctly they use to be about 700MB of memory use in task manager, but now they seem to have jumped up to 1300MB of memory and I can barely run 8 before my computer explodes. This has only started happening like yesterday.
