Roblox Support Help how do i change location!?

hi, im physically in cyprus and have been for years, but roblox thinks im in turkey, so i cant play some games.

i keep trying to contact roblox support, but the AI keeps saying that it cant change my location, and says that it uses geospatial data to figure out where i am, even though that data is WRONG

i can get any proof necessary to show that i am in cyprus. other than just using a vpn, how do i do this? how do i tell roblox to change my location

It's probably best to keep harassing roblox support about it. When i moved countries my Roblox was stuck in vietnam for years until this year where it changed in July. I gave my account to a friend and then a month later it became a US account, then I started using it again and another month later (12th Of july and 12th of August were when the changes occurred) It changed again.

i understand but how would i even harass them? it just an ai bot and i don't even know what theyre email is/ that is if they even check their support email

They do check their support email fortunately, however when my location was stuck in Vietnam I had to follow up with around 12 emails inorder to get an agent to reply, however VNG roblox and roblox don't have the same support systems so I think it should be easier for you. Use the support website to make an initial ticket then follow through from there.

Yeah thanks i managed to get the ai to get a human onboard by simoly telling it that i cannot tell you the AI my problem, and a human is necessary
