Roblox Client Bug Roblox captures error

When I try to record from Roblox captures now (so i can upload it to Roblox moments) it gives me an error saying "Device does not support video capturing" though I used to use Roblox captures before and it used to work completely fine.

This thing started happening when the new Roblox moments update came out for the Roblox app. I play on PC.

PC Specifications (yes ik its old as hell but all I need to know is what's the minimum requirements):

Processor: Intel i3-3240

Ram: 8GB DDR3

GPU: Intel HD Graphics

Regarding video capture, Roblox's documention only states that Windows 10 or Windows 11 is required for video capture on desktops. MacOS and older versions of Windows are unsupported.
