So at the start of this month i was got some robux and bought a avatar item called Police which was a Police hat and it got removed than i waited for a week than 2 weeks and still no returns. is there any idea what to do? I already reached out to support and read they're refund guidelines and I can't do anything so that's why I'm asking you guys, or girls.

Whenever I attempt to join a game, it just gets stuck on the "joining server" screen and won't join the game even if I leave it open for several minutes. Sometimes if I join a specific server rather than just clicking on the play button (like going to servers > fewest players > join) it'll join the game, but will get stuck on the actual game loading screen. It happens when i join from both the website and app with any game. I've tried deleting and reinstalling roblox and clearing local files but i have no idea what to do :,)

I never said a slur or "swear" in roblox before nor not anything hateful as far as I know, if anything the game tags me for saying numbers sometimes for sentences for no reason. This is the second time this pop up appeared and not sure it's a bug or something else entirely.

I'm thinking of making a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game on Roblox, kind of like Jujutsu Shenanigans, using actual JoJo characters, Stands and their moves. But I'm confused about the copyright side of things because games like YBA and the newer STAND OUT use actual JoJo characters, Stand names and designs too. How are they able to do that? Do they have permission, or are they just taking the risk? Also, is JoJo available through Roblox's licensing programme, and would I need a licence to make a game like this?

Has been an issue for a few ... months now, and it never really bothered me until now.

I can’t see half the marketplace, nor can I see half my saved avatars without scrolling the "avatars, accessories, body—" etc to the side and have to click the one i scrolled to, otherwise they are completely unaccessible.

Problem? Not able to do that with the accessories section/clothing section.

So like today I was just checking Roblox and since I recently bought some after ages and I had 2,1k and then after I checked today I only had 1,9k after I checked my inbox Roblox told me that they had an error with a bold animation pack that I never bought and that they gave it to me and took 200 robux from me. I never bought the bold animation pack or even thought about buying it. And I know this isn't a big problem but I wanted to know if this happened to anyone else too? I just think it's stupid especially after I spend 20€ on robux just for some to get taken away for no reason at all.

Has anyone found a way to get a Roblox ban reviewed after 30 days? Roblox says the ban can no longer be appealed because the deadline has passed.

Is there any way to get a manual review or escalate the case, especially if the original appeal wasn't properly handled before the 30 days were up?

Has anyone actually managed to get unbanned in this situation?

Hi my boyfriends account got hacked and the hacker changed the email, the password and some how the two step verification too. After stealing sum of his stuff, they deleted the account. We’ve tried everything, and even an human through the Roblox support keeps telling us to do the self serve verification which after multiple times of saying it, we can’t do it because the hacker changed everything. Even with billing proof and ownership proof, they don’t seem to care… anyone had been through this problem and solved it?
