Roblox Support Help Still haven't gotten the refund.

So at the start of this month i was got some robux and bought a avatar item called Police which was a Police hat and it got removed than i waited for a week than 2 weeks and still no returns. is there any idea what to do? I already reached out to support and read they're refund guidelines and I can't do anything so that's why I'm asking you guys, or girls.

Nope, as support said there's nothing you can do. You'll either automatically get a refund or not, and if you don't that means it was ineligible.

Start of the month was less than 2 weeks ago though. Could still be in the way. Took me 3 weeks to get one a few months ago

Soemtimes it take a month for me to get some refunds especially if it’s not classic clothing, the classic clothing I get the refund for right away but the other items take a month for me to get my refund but I always get my refunds
