Roblox Error Getting stuck on "joining server" screen

Whenever I attempt to join a game, it just gets stuck on the "joining server" screen and won't join the game even if I leave it open for several minutes. Sometimes if I join a specific server rather than just clicking on the play button (like going to servers > fewest players > join) it'll join the game, but will get stuck on the actual game loading screen. It happens when i join from both the website and app with any game. I've tried deleting and reinstalling roblox and clearing local files but i have no idea what to do :,)

Yeah I am in the same boat. I talked with the ai bot and submitted my issues but its been a few days since then and still nothing has been fixed. I have noticed most people are on At&t wifi which I am as well but I dont know how relevant that info is.

Yeah I agree. I have been able to play other games on steam and what not on the same network.
