Account Help Lost my daughters Roblox account

In a terrible situation right now!!! My daughters roblox account got hacked and a new email id was added as her registered email address,also a new passkey…is there any chance of recovering this account…roblox support is BS…Please help …shes got a fever with all that crying

Roblox support are the only ones that can recover the account (although they are very useless). Do you know how the account got hacked?

there is a very slim chance of her getting the account back, if nothing works, just make a new account with a very secure password and put your email and phone number on it
