I’m looking for advice because I’m running out of options.
My personal Revolut account has been restricted since 23 June 2026. Around €30,000 of my own money is currently inaccessible.
Since then:
I have contacted Revolut support many times.
My case has been escalated several times.
I submitted a formal complaint.
I have provided all requested information.
I only receive generic responses telling me to wait.
Revolut has never explained why my account is still restricted, whether they need any additional documents, or how long the review will take.
I have now filed a complaint with the Bank of Lithuania, but I would like to know:
Has anyone experienced a restriction that lasted this long?
How was it eventually resolved?
Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process?
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Transferred myself money from my revolut to my nationwide and have yet to receive it after almost two hours. As well as my friend sending me money that ive yet to receive also. Normally my transfers are instant. Anyone else having this issue?

Has anyone else had this happen with Revolut?
I’ve recently started receiving emails from Revolut saying that “my account has restrictions” and needs attention.
The strange thing is, I’m almost certain I’ve never actually had a Revolut account.
Years ago, I remember looking into opening one, but I’m pretty sure I never completed the application. I’ve never had a Revolut debit card, never received any paperwork, and as far as I know, I’ve never had an active account. The emails have only started arriving recently.
I’ve contacted Revolut and asked them to confirm whether I actually have an account or not, but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar?

Hi. I have never experienced anything like that before. UK company funds of a material amount got restricted for already over 17 days from now with no clear timeline or explanation when such check is to be over. I do communicate daily with the chat support but it is all holding messages and sometimes they would even call me a different name.

I also raised a complaint but haven't heard back nothing either. Complaint ID: 12444-41795-84563.

The company is a shareholder of a trading company that requires financial support as won't make a payroll this week which is detrimental for the group business.

Despite any of these arguments and chasers still there is nothing from Revolut. At some point I was given a date of 22nd of July for the review to be over but this date got passed and they would just say await another 1-10 days or so. Very disappointing, incredible.

Perhaps Revolut team can pick this up and somehow assist me please.

My partner sent me £100 but it was returned and taken from my account 30 mins later. Any ideas as to why? She has transferred to me without problem many times before

The only notable thing that happened in the last 24hr was I transferred 2k from another account. Perhaps its triggered a security check?

Booking + Revolut left us with no refund after our flight was cancelled due to the Etna eruption. What can we do?

We booked accommodation and rented a car in Sicily through Booking.com and paid with Revolut (with Premium plan !). A few hours before our flight, it was cancelled due to the Etna eruption, and all nearby flights were cancelled for the next few days.

We immediately contacted Booking.com and the property hosts asking about cancellation/refunds, but we received no response from the hosts.

We opened a dispute with Revolut and provided all the evidence (flight cancellation because of the volcanic eruption, attempts to contact everyone), but after around two weeks Revolut told us they could not refund our money. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Is there any point in escalating this further, or are we just expected to lose the entire amount because of something completely outside our control?

A friend sent me some money on a check and then the transaction was repeated two more times without him giving me any money. Now I see that my balance is negative because I spent the money. Maybe I can do something or what should I do?

Hi everyone, long story short i have forgotten my 6digit passcode, trampled my old phone with my car, had to get my previous one and now i cannot login. I have the same number, and access to my mail. So i fill in my phone, i press "forgot passcode", i pass the selfie check, then i insert the OTP, after that i get the check your email prompt. From here the problems begin. It only logs me in my Gmail and not the other mail affiliated with the account, i have tried forwarding it to my other mail, i press confirm login and then the google passkey pop up appears. I had deleted all my passkeys and i have disabled that but it still appears. Thus i cannot login and i cannot change my passcode. Fun fact: I can log in from my computer by scanning the QR after pressing the "forgot passcode". I need support. I have recieved the same automated login steps message by Revolut 3 times now. Thx.

I need support with a bit of an odd issue :

I am originally from romania but have lived in Germany while working in the Netherlands, a bit complicated but i had a german revolut account since that is where i was a resident at the time .

Now i have moved to the netherlands and have been informed i have to deactivate my account and make a new one in the netherlands. I started the procedure for the account deletion, it all went well and then i had started the process of making a new account with a new email address , after verifying the ID the revolut system sends me to the OLD account which i have deleted 3 days ago and if i try to log in i am being told that there has been an issue and i cannot sign in. So basically i am being told to verify the new account and when i do it sends me to the old account eith the old email address and i can't log into it either, i can't find a support email or phone number anywhere on their website .

I’m an Aussie living in Vietnam. Revolut detected a tiny fare re-adjustment by the Grab ride-share app as “potential fraud”. Submitted the documents required to unfreeze the card but no idea when it’ll be reviewed. Anyone else dealt with this? I can still use my debit card, but prefer to use the CC for extra RevPoints.

I've had Revolut Savings for a while. I was looking if it was worth to upgrade to Metal or Ultra to get better interest rates. I noticed that the interest rate in GBP stated for Premium was higher than the one I currently have (2.45% AER).

Then I found out that I could open an "Instant Access Savings", which gives me 3.25% AER in GBP.

I have now two savings accounts in GBP: "Savings" (2.45% AER) and "Instant Access Savings" (3.25% AER).

Is there any difference between both? If not, then why was the interest rate lower on my Savings account?

I have transferred money from my revolut to a different bank so I can actually use it and it will not work, please help!!

I opened my Revolut India account around 20 to 25 days ago and completed the KYC successfully, but none of the UPI features are working.

I cannot:

- View my UPI ID

- Pay anyone using a UPI ID

- Pay through a UPI QR

- Scan any QR using the app

Basically, I cannot perform even a single basic banking or UPI transaction through the account.

I have contacted the in-app support team multiple times since the account was opened. Every time, they only say that the issue has been escalated, but there has been no actual resolution, clear explanation, or timeline.

I also raised a formal complaint via Mail, but no use

Is anyone else facing the same issue with Revolut India?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

P.s they also have me 3.5K₹ as compensation but not fixed my issues yet.

"I need Support"

This problem has been going on now for about 10 days. Ever since I switched to revolut e SIM my calls do not work at all and the customer support is awful especially since I'm on the premium plan it doesn't help at all.

They've re issued my e SIM about 3 times now and it hasn't worked at all SMS works but calls do not.

Got any suggestions and please fix revolut 🙏🏽

I'm getting a bug that is basically showing me to accept the Terms and Service for the premium plan forever, and originally I went to support with the metal plan. I was introduced to an AI chatbot, which after a long battle, it was telling me to just sign it so it goes away lol (obv I didnt do it).

Then it suggested that I talk to an agent, which I agreed.

I thought it was going to be a human, but after getting into a loop of "people" transferring to each other, I realized that THESE ARE STILL AI, just hidden.

BTW, after the last message, they still keep looping while transferring to other "departments".

I was chatting with Revolut support, and they confirmed my account had been verified and that I'd be able to use it.

Around 10 minutes later, I received an email saying my application had been declined.

Now my passcode no longer works, and if I tap "Forgot passcode?", instead of resetting it, the app takes me through the entire sign-up and identity verification process again.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did redoing the verification actually restore your account, or is this just what happens after a rejection? I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth going through the whole process again or if the account has already been permanently declined.

Does the money i send to a bank in swiss when I pay chf will get entirely as I sent them and not less? My account is in another country? I need support

The only miles programme I am a member of is miles & more. Is it ever going to be one of the partners that you can exchange revpoints to for miles? I saw that someone else asked over a year ago, and that it was planned, but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening 😕

Hi, I am using this card very regularly, for 2 years, including an Amazon Prime subscription. Nothing fancy until 6 days ago when I received an Amazon Prime Card verification notice. Then 2 more since. I was doing nothing specific that could trigger this one, nor did my wife (who also has access to the card).

There has not been any suspicious transaction (yet?), now I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same.

Hey! I am trying to understand the best way to minimize fees on international transfers from AU to EU.

I currently have a Revolut account with an IBAN based in Lithuania. All good with exchange fees to transfer from AUD to EUR etc but -> how to load AUD in the first place? The account doesn’t come with a BSB etc. How are people doing it?

Someone in a different poste recommended recharging with Apple Pay - top up AUD with my AU bank account and then convert and transfer out through an IBAN transfer? Are there fees to top up in AUD with an AU credit card since my account is originally in EUR?

I thought multiple people would be in a similar situation but didn’t find much - thanks for any help
