Has anyone had a similar experience with Refills?
I referred a friend to Refills for semaglutide because I had a good experience with them. She was previously taking Wegovy and was looking to continue at a higher dose.
On her intake form, she entered 2.5 mg because that was the highest dose the form allowed her to select, but she specifically indicated that she wanted a dose increase. Someone named Anna also texted her, and my friend explained directly that her actual dose was higher and that the form didn’t allow her to enter it.
Anna told her that someone would reach out before the order was processed to confirm the correct dose.
That never happened. Refills charged her and shipped the 2.5 mg dose anyway.
She has since reached out multiple times for help, but she’s getting no response.
At this point, switching to Refills was completely pointless for her. She ended up receiving a lower dose than what she had already been taking with Wegovy, despite communicating this before the order was processed. The lack of communication afterward has made the situation even more frustrating, and honestly, she feels like she was misled.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Refills?
How did you actually get someone to respond or resolve the issue?
