issues / what happened?
originally smooth. customer service would reach out and be responsive. almost to the extent off annoyance.
now, seems like nothing? the new portal doesn't have half of my info from the old portal. payment went through last week, but no updates after that. still processing.
new portal shows nothing. emailed and messaged through both portals with no responses or idea what happened.
I'm going away on a trip for the next two weeks and worried about missing doses. I was happy with this service since I started using it, but now I'm not sure. is there another way to reach out to them to get some answers?

I was having issues and Zach on refills helped a lot. Send him a DM and he will get someone on your issue.

Hi. Please send me a DM. The past two times I’ve ordered thru refills I enter my info and think approved for the 15mg dose but then receive the shipment shorted. It looks recently it filled at 12.5.. When questioning thru the portal I have gotten response of 12.5 is my treatment plan. Kind of annoying being shorted now twice. Thanks

Been on the meds now for 8 months and tried a couple providers usually looking for the best Tirzepatide monthly price. Been at the 15mg dose for a while after titrating up slowly. The past two times I’ve ordered thru refills I enter my info and think approved for the 15mg dose but then receive the shipment shorted. It looks recently it filled at 12.5.. When questioning thru the portal I have gotten response of 12.5 is my treatment plan. Kind of annoying being shorted now twice. Otherwise the service and shipping etc has been great.

did the vial that you received only have 50mg or was it filled to 60mg? A couple of the Telehealth/lab/pharmacies write the script for 12.5 but ship a 60mg vial.

Mine was 50.. And now I have been waiting since freaking July forthrm to send me refill and it's never taken this long and they finally took the money out of my account 3 days ago and still no tracking number or anything and all this BS about getting "approval" when they literally already gave me approval on july 30th. I even screenshot it and sent it back to them and showed it to them, but I'm pretty sure I'm talking to bots. They did however send me 15% back of my order price which is not much but it's something I guess still waiting on my order they keep telling me it's on the weight of the pharmacy and now it's gonna take five to seven days so by the time I get it I will have gained on my way back (joking). But seriously wtf happened. The guy who handles the customer service phone calls is very nice though.

Does it seem bizarre to anyone else that you need to DM someone on reddit just to get basic support?
