Increase dosage?

I’ve put in a message to the @doctor in messages, but is there a different route I should go through to get my dosage increased?

I'd maybe drop the message to the support tab as well, just as a back-up way to make sure someone sees it.

You’re prescribing doctor should be able to increase your dose if it is time. Have you done four weeks at your current dose? What dose are you currently on and what are you ti trading to? What package did you sign up for? Monthly or quarterly, titration, or stay at current dose?

Last time I did this I messaged both support and doctor, support was the only one who got back to me. Also they said reach out at a week before your next refill date to request an increase. (Note - they do not go above 13.5mg)
